Dr. Richard Joseph Reinitz

He said I had a cracked tooth after he injured my gum on purpose, which lead to an absess.Sent me to his oral surgeon for extraction, bone graft and implant. I denied treatment after paying $100's. Got a 2nd opinion. It was all a lie.

Visited this office for the first time back in March because I was experiencing some oral pain and they were very accommodating and listened to my concerns. Ms. Belinda was very warm and thorough and explained EVERYTHING. Prior to coming in, I had a fear of dentist offices, but they alleviated that concern. I recommend them to anyone. Fast forward from March til now, I called their office back for some questions regarding my insurance as well as a referral and the front desk was extremely helpful! The worst experience I’ve ever had with a dentist. dr Reinitz have no manners when it comes to females, especially with me. I was between reasons/logic emotional and should have left the office but was rushed into taking care of the tooth.

I do not recommend this dentist!!! Had 10 fillings done and my mouth is throbbing. Dr Reinitz stated I’d need a root canal after paying for all these fillings. How did he not know that I needed a root canal before doing the filling? He stated he wouldn’t refund me on the tooth that needs the root canal but he will give me a discount towards the root canal if I get it done with him. I do not recommend this dentist!!! The assistants and Dentist were very friendly and professional. I really appreciate the good job they performed.

Dr. Reinitz and his staff are great. I have been a patient for 8 + years.I have had everything from simple cleanings to a root canal. Thank you Dr. Reinitz for your great work.

I have been a patient of Dr Reinitz for 17 years. He is a caring individual and willing to work with his patients. His knowledge of his field is outstanding. I am grateful that he is my doctor.

Called office before my 2nd visit as I could hardly open my jaw, concerned about coming in for temporary crown to be put in. Very rough, rude, and I was never in so much pain. I even let out cries and kept putting my leg up but he just ignored me. When I told him I could not afford to be fitted for a custom mouth guard he told me I should not go to Vegas and gamble and maybe I would money. My money situation is due to my autoimmune disease and health issues. DO NOT GO HERE.

I am thrilled to have found this office. My husband and I had appointments a few months ago and had very good experiences. The staff was so friendly that I knew I would be able to switch my children to this office. Up to this point my girls have gone to pediatric dentists, partially because of their ages and partially because I wanted to make sure that going to the dentist was a good experience. All three girls went to Dr. Reinitz last week, and it couldn't have been better. Our wait was short and the staff were so friendly and sweet. The girls go to watch their favorite shows while they got their teeth cleaned, turned in their tokens for prizes once they finished and even got their hair braided by one very friendly hygienist, Belinda, while they waited on each other to finish! They loved it and the whole family will definitely be back. I am thrilled to have found this office. My husband and I had appointments a few months ago and had very good experiences.
