Australian here with a very belated review. I did a stupid thing when in Houston and injured my eye. I had travel insurance but that still meant I would have to pay upfront and get reimbursed when I got home. I found Dr Redfield and he treated me and at minimal cost. He was great, and didn't even laugh when I told him how I did it, not going to say here as it's too embarrassing. I was expecting to pay thousands after hearing the horror stories about US health costs. I didn't bother claiming when I got home because it was under the limit. Thanks Dr Redfield. Been going there for years Dr. Redfield is the nicest eye doctor I’ve been to. They always have my new glasses to me in quicker then expected. The girls at the front desk are very helpful with helping choose what glasses fit your face and what style/color glasses looks good on you. Now my entire family goes to Redfield Vision!

This is a great place to get your exam done with no hussle. Dr.Redfield is not only the best but very profesional. Eye exam for me are not a hussle anymore, when I go in to his office he makes it quick and easy. I will not go to anyone else to get my eyes checked and the girls are amazingly helpful and friendly.

He's extremely professional, thorough and efficient. Very straight to the point while being mild mannered. Zero up-selling. His office ladies are wonderful! They are very helpful and patient. Very customer service oriented. The entire office is top notch. He's been my doctor for 3-4 years. I've brought my daughter and son here. I will not go anywhere else. Dr. Redfield is awesome! I was referred to him by my boyfriend--who was an active patient for years. I'm SO glad he did. Dr. Redfield has a wonderful, calm personality. He doesn't BS around. His visit is straight and to the point. No waiting around for hours in a crowded waiting room. He does accept walk-ins. His staff is extremely helpful & courteous. I won't go anywhere else. I've referred family members and friends to him. I've heard NO complaints.

I have been 'seeing' Dr. Redfield for almost 20 years. Absolutely the most professional, friendly, and efficient service.

I drive across town for this optometrist. The front desk has excellent customer service. The wait it not long if there is a wait at all. The selection of frames is great, and the doctor’s bed side manners are exceptional!

Dr Redford is very attentive. He made my daughter feel very comfortable and not nervous even though she's shy. He's a very good Dr.

He has provided excellent care for my entire family.
