I love the staff, and Dr. Ray is fast and efficient, I love the fact there isn't a long wait to be seen, I'm usually in and out within 30 minutes, that means alot when I usually have a busy day

I been going there for 3 yrs! I love the staff and Dr. Ray. Whomever said the staff was disrespectful is a lie. They are very nice people and have always treated me well. Kristi S must have an addiction and didn't fool the Dr so she wrote a bad review.

I used to go to Dr. Ray & only stopped because I moved out of the area. I have osteoarthritis of the spine, lumbar and cervical and he was the only doctor who ever really helped me. I went from being barely able to walk to practically being pain-free after injections for a long period of time. He was always very kind and I never had a problem with his staff.

Dr Ray is an amazing doctor and the staff is very friendly and caring

Wonderful care. The staff is friendly and efficient. Dr Ray is compassionate and knowledgeable and is very easy to talk to. It is easy to schedule appointments, and the office usually runs on time. Highly recommend Dr Ray.

Horrible experience! Clearly only in it for the money. If you need to see a Dr. who can prescribe Suboxone DO NOT see Dr. Ray. The staff is rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. On a couple occasions I actually heard them speaking negatively about patients so loudly the whole waiting room could hear. Facilities are outdated. Dr. Ray has the worst bedside manner of any Dr. I've ever seen. He doesn't seem to have any real knowledge on how to prescribe Suboxone or how to taper someone off of it. It's pretty obvious he just took the 8 hour course to get certified and didn't bother to learn anything else about addiction. Please do yourself a favor and see ANYONE ELSE but him! For a place that is supposed to help people, the staff (ladies behind the desk) are incredibly rude and nasty. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.

Unprofessional dr office. Staff will attempt to overcharge you on visits. Disrespectful, degrading staff. Run more like a mill. Entire waiting area covered with letters how they don't accept this or that insurance and want cash only. These people can careless about your addiction, all about money with them.

TERRIBLE, VERY DISRESPECTFUL STAFF. CALLED TO ASK A QUESTION AND WAS TOLD THEY ARE SICK OF ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND

Dr. Ray listened directly to the patient who was 83 and asked appropriate questions. But he absolutely ignored the care taker family, didn't look at us when we offered input, acted like we were not in the room, did not consider that this 83 year old does not always remember things accurately and does not clearly get instuctions etc. We were respectul and not intrusive but very put off by this discourteous behavior. I would not take a family member to him again.

I have QMB Medicaid, which pays the other 20% to the 80% Medicare pays. Paying 100% all Doctors, and Hospital stays. Dr. Ray says he does not participated in Medicaid, and yet they still took my Medicaid Billing Numbers. Because, they don't participated in Medicaid, you have a Co-Pay cash for everything from office visits, to Injections. I asked, if you don't participate in Medicaid than why are you taking my Medicaid Billing Number? They said encase it roll over. But, I still paid CASH Co-Pays!
