I love the place is clean and the people are very nice. You don't have to wait, is very quickly.. and the Doctor explained everything with all the details.. he is a wonderful Dr, and my kids love him.

The staff are wonderful and Dr. Prichard always answers any questions I have completely. He and his staff are patient with and really care about the kids. They're knowledgeable in their expertise and always do quality work on my children's teeth whenever needed.

They are great with BOTH my kiddos. One dental hygienist held my almost two years old quite happily while my son had his turn. My son, 5, who was terrified to go in remained calm with their instructions and they were able to clean his teeth. They gave great prizes afterwards and new colorful toothbrushes. I'm very happy with our experience there.

LOVE Dr. Prichard. My 2 oldest kids were traumatized by a Nashville dentist and terrified to go. Dr. Prichard took his time with them and made sure they were comfortable and felt safe. They now have to go to an adult dentist and do it with no issues because of him. My youngest child now goes to him. He has developmental issues and doesn't understand some things that he should at his age and Dr. Prichard does anything he can to make getting his teeth fixed work for him. Would highly recommend Dr. Prichard. I wish all my kids could still see him but my insurance doesn't allow pediatrics after 7. Definitely take your children here. LOVE Dr. Prichard. Wonderful dentist for children. He is patient and kind with my autistic son. They are attentive to his needs and are the fastest folks in all of the land. All the staff are friendly and Dr. Prichard is great!!

Love this dentist office. Both my boys have attend. The staff is very nice and pleasant and Mr. Richard Prichard is great!

Another very pleasant experience at Dr. Pritchard’s office. The staff are so nice and the gentle nature of the hygienist with my young daughter did not go unnoticed by me. My daughter enjoys going to the dentist because of how well this office works with children. We recommend them to everyone.

Mykah loves this place. They are really good with kids. And short wait times. They get ya right in. Very nice environment.

They were awesome with my 7 year old and 5 year old today. Very patient, understanding and informative. Answered all my questions and concerns. Both of my children normally freak out and melt down during their appointments. However, today there was very little crying, freaking out or anything of the sort!

We love Dr. Prichard and his staff! They are wonderful with all my children and make them feel at ease about coming to the dentist. One of my children has a hard time staying still through the cleanings but the hygienist gently and patiently works with him. I have been going to Dr. Prichard since I was a child. He cleaned all of my siblings' teeth, mine, and all of my children's teeth. He has always been kind, caring, and taken great care of his patients. There isn't another dentist that I would go to. He has an amazing staff as well. They are all kind and they make my children feel comfortable. As a child they made me feel comfortable as well. The kids are never afraid to go for a check up. Dr. Prichard and his staff always go above and beyond to make sure my littles are comfortable and well taken care of! We are so thankful for a dental staff that understands and accommodates children that have a little bit of dental anxiety! We LOVE, love love this office ❤️

Great dentist. We have been going to Dr. Pritchard since our grandchildren came to live with us a little over 15 years ago. He is patient with the littles and very sweet. When they are older he is still sweet and praises what they are doing right, but does not mince words when telling them what they need to be doing better.

He is very careful, caring, and vigilant and will help in anyway to better your child's experience.. and his staff is amazing as well.

For this being her first dental visit ever I was very impressed. The wait time was very limited and staff was awesome with making her comfortable.

First visit with my 2 kids went great with Dr. Prichard and the dental hygienists. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Hygienists and doctor explained things well in regards to my kids teeth/health. We will be returning.

I need to brag on Ms. Tammy. My daughter came to get her teeth cleaned today and needed to go ahead and get her teeth sealed. My daughter tends to panic and tense up. We had one failed attempt the prior appt because she freaked out. Today, Ms. Tammy spoke softly and used metaphors to help my daughter understand what was happening and why and took the time to be patient and loving and show her some grace. I know how hard it can be to deal with kids sometimes, but I seriously teared up a little bit because her kind gesture went so far with my daughter and she relaxed and entrusted Ms. Tammy because of the way she spoke to her and guided her through it. I really appreciate your service today and thank you Dr Prichard and the other ladies that made her feel so pretty and important today! We have been seeing Dr. Prichard and his wonderful staff going on two years now and absolutely hands down one of the best dentist offices you could ask for!! They always are so kind, generous, and wonderful with my children!! Highly recommend!

My kids love to go there. They always very nice and friendly. And I love it because I don't have to wait for a long time.

Dr. Pritchard is very good with children, always making them happy to be at the dentist, and does an exceptional job taking care of my children's dental needs. His staff is always courteous and friendly, the wait time is almost non existent and service is fast but thorough. My children actually love going to the dentist because they've never had a bad experience at Dr. Pritchard's office.

The Assistant that cleaned my daughters teeth was very rough with her she had large gashes in her gums, as well as being very blunt and rude about her not brushing very well which I get but she was flat out just she isn't brushing you need to pay attention to the way she brushed better. it was not a pleasant experience to say the least, she left with a hurting mouth and felt like she was targeted and she talked non stop to my daughter about how bad of a job she was doing at brushing I love Dr Prichard and his stuff weve been coming here for over 10 years so this is not a normal experience

My child has been seen here for 4 years, he's very hyper an slightly louder than most children as our family are all Northerns an we are just loud. I understand that this dental office is very busy so it makes things slightly difficult. I think they should have a little better bedside manor an patience. We will be finding a different Dentist after todays Appointment. No one was concerned about the employee in the lobby speaking very loud! They tried to have a helper hold my sons hands while giving him a shot after sedative he was in pain, I could see it in his face, they new he pulled out the numbing gels twice due to the taste. After 3 injections to numb his mouth then said they'll have to do his dental work at the hospital an put him to sleep. They should've stoped after the first injection if they didn't have the patience to do the dental work nor explain to him what they were doing an it would be ok.

Dr. Prichards office is always very professional. They put my son's health as first priority during the pandemic by having everyone take proper precautions. They are all kind and knowledgeable. Their office has a great atmosphere for the children. Dr. Prichards himself is a very patient doctor and great with the kids.

My daughter is always scared of the different tools used at the dentist. Dr Prichard and his staff are so patient and kind with her. They allow her to handle the tools and use them herself to ease her fears. I highly recommend this dentist.
