worst patient care ever should not be allowed to practice medicine waited 7 days for a return phone call when I finally get in touch with them the rude nurse hung up on me . I have been a patient of Dr Pratley for a little over a year. My previous doctor I had been with for 14 years. I made a change basically because I had to. I wound up with Dr. Pratley and am I glad I did. He did more for me in 1 year than my previous doctor did in 14 years. He has a very good way about him and takes his time with his patients. I recently moved to Grand Rapids Michigan where Dr. Pratley used to practice. He gave me a list of a few doctors who I have chosen one and have my first appointment this coming week. I want to thank Dr. Pratley for all he has done for me. I have been a patient of Dr Pratley for a little over a year. My previous doctor I had been with for 14 years.
