We were here couple of days ago. It was our first and will be the last visit. After exam they didn't want to provide AVS. Staff tried to find different excuses why they couldn't give it right now. Even after a day they didn't want to provide it. It took us almost a day to get it. Visiting this office was a big mistake. Try to find another OD.

Simply the nicest people

I saw Dr. Phung twice. He's engaging and thorough. I've seen multiple optometrists with no luck. He told me the issue I have couldn't be treated with glasses because it is neurological. He and his staff are pleasant and respectful. (I'm sorry it's taken so long to write this review.)

I just saw Dr. Phung and he was amazing. He diagnosed something serious that my other ophthalmologist overlooked. He took the time to check my eyes carefully, explain everything and answer all my questions. The staff was also fantastic!

I have been going here for many years, Dr. Phung and his staff are very friendly and efficient. He is very thorough and caring. I highly recommend this place.

The doctor is great, friendly and tries make experience good. However, the staff here sucks. They're very rude and give attitude to get you out of the store quicker. If it weren't for the staff I'd rate it 5.

I have been going to Dr. Phung for my eyecare needs for over 20 years. He and his staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Over the years he has helped me with multiple glasses, contacts, and more recently with progressive lenses. I have referred many friends and family members to them, and they were all pleased with his care.

The visit was awful in all respects. Front desk unable to utilize insurance. The doctor prescribed wrong lens, front desk tried to correct. Second attempt failed. My glasses were expensive and I can't use them.
