Richard Carl Parfitt II

I trusted Dr Parfitt to do sub-mental and jowl liposuction only to go back 6 months later and have worse jowls than before. He offered to do a full neck lift for $14k and give me a discount off the lipo he already did (gee thanks, it looks like he did NOTHING). But I was told that my jowls would be gone which is why I spent the extra $2300. They hang lower now, and now I have to go elsewhere to get it corrected. His entire office recently walked out on him. He will not fix his screw-ups, and there are many unsatisfied patients that have had to go elsewhere to get corrections. He will not fix his mistakes without a hefty price tag. Be aware!

Go anywhere but here. Waste of money. Not only do I wish I never had Richard remove my moles, I have never had a worse customer service experience than here. In a mask mandate, no one was wearing a mask. Not even when he did the incision to remove the moles on my face. On the third appointment I finally had the courage to ask him to wear a mask. When he told me to take my mask off, I told him since I have to take mine off can you please put one on? I brought an unopened pack of three masks in my purse and even offered them to him. He said he will not wear a mask since he got omicron in December…that does not explain the other two appointments in the Fall that he didn’t wear a mask but I drop the subject. He noticed how uncomfortable I was and when I told him I work at a nursing home and I’m trying to practice safe measures, he could care less. Please go elsewhere. Not worth your time and money. Reviews are terrible. I would NOT go to this guy. Find another, more trained and experienced surgeon. I have indeed been to him.

Went to see Dr Parfitt about dermabrasion which I was very skeptical about doing. I was afraid of this procedure just because it seems so barbaric, but it is the only procedure that really works for deeper lip and mouth lines. I have had other laser surgery and lots of filler injections which did nothing for these deep lines. I was welcomed at his Skin Health Center in Appleton with a warm and friendly staff and Dr Parfitt explained the procedure and why he used the method he does. It all made sense to me. I proceeded with the procedure;which was done at Dr Parfitt’s Facial Plastic Surgery Center in Middleton. I did a lot of research on this procedure. Dr Parfitt only works on the face so I also thought it made more sense to have this done by him,because he concentrates only on the face; which makes him an expert at what he does. He also has been in business for 20 plus years and is Double-Board Certified. He even hums and sings during his procedures. Lol! ;which also puts you at ease. While he was prepping for surgery he was humming and singing along with the music that was playing Lol. I thought any surgeon who can do this must feel comfortable at what he does. This made me feel less scared and I knew then...that I choose the right doctor for this procedure. His staff was also very caring and friendly and helped me before and after this procedure. I’m very impressed with my results and will definitely go back to Dr Parfitt for other procedures. I never do these reviews but something compelled me to do this one. I thought there must be a lot of people who feel scared to do procedures especially on the face. I felt I might be able to help them by sharing my experience which was such a good experience. He is entitled to his opinion but after hiring him to correct a lower eye tear trouph scar he charged me for he left me worse off. He only did half the job and gave no explanation. I refused to add the forehead eyebrow lift and upper eyes. He told me I had a masculine brow and it hurt my feelings. My friends and family said I never needed any surgery other the scar treated. I regret paying him for anything as he is egotistical and takes concerns after a bad surgery as a personal insult. This is not professional and other doctors advised me that it is unethical to try to insult patients and increase profits by telling them they need more than what they initially consulted the doctor on. I since have spent more than what I woudl have to correct the problem. I am disappointed for all the patients with similar experience. We hire doctors to be there for us even when surgery does not work. I expected to get the scar better not wake out worse than before. It was in 2016 and no response.

I went to Dr. Parfitt to correct work done on my eyes. My eyes were worse after healing, looking in the mirror everyday reminds me of what a poor choice I made in having this man work on my face. Lesson learned the hard way. I was told after the procedure was completed that I would need to do fillers to "soften" the look. I did indeed move to another state, however, I am in Wisconsin at least once a year and could have easily seen him again if I was to do follow up appointments. I was never told this was a procedure that would require a second surgery. I went to Dr. Parfitt to correct work done on my eyes. Based on my experience and spending so much money i wont recommend this doctor to anyone. i even had to spend extra money for a scar that was done by him at eye surgery. Was totally waste of time and money. After i was recommend to another surgeon i can see totally better results. experience is a lesson. About 3 years ago I went to Dr.Parfitt to have my upper eyes fixed - he also did some liposuction under my chin. I have had many people say “you’re too young for surgery” (I'm 38) when I tell them of my decision, but for me, my plastic surgery choice was very personal as heavy upper lids was a genetic trait amongst my family and was something that had always bothered me. Dr. Parfitt was kind, professional, and most of all realistic in my expectations and what the outcome could produce. What I got out of my surgery with him was not only a phenomenal experience with his kind and extremely well-educated staff, but a beautiful and much needed “refreshed” look. I share my plastic surgery decision and my experience with Dr.Parfitt freely to hopefully encourage other people to do something for themselves. After years of watching my eyes rest on my eyelids I consulted Dr Parfitt on my options. After 2 consultations we created a plan to correct what bothered me as a looked in the mirror. I had upper and lower Blepharoplasty a month ago, and I am extremely happy with the results. Dr Parfitt and his team were professional, helpful, thorough, and very helpful. I highly recommend him and his team for any of your facial needs.

FABULOUS results from my recent surgery with Dr. Richard Parfitt. I had a FaceLift and Eye Surgery(Blephorplasty). The past aging has been erased and yet I look so natural. I look younger, thinner, happier and generally great. The entire Parfitt Team are great. They are so thorough, you know what to expect at all time. And they were professional, but so kind. The post care has been amazing as well. I am sending lots of friends, because they are in shock! What a great experience this has been. Go see Dr. Parfitt. Your life will change!

Totally destroyed natural beauty for the purpose of personal gain. Performed an ill-advised and irreversible surgery that I have spent thousands trying to correct. He pretends to be empathetic and then turns aggressive when his poor surgical skill is address. He has lawsuits and restraining orders against him for a reason. STAY AWAY!

I so regret my decision to have rhinoplasty done by Dr. Parfitt. He's quite nice, but my nose looks far worse than my natural nose, and of course I'm not going to trust him to fix it. I'm unhappy looking at myself. He also often pressured me to have other work done. His staff were wonderful, but I'd choose someone else.

I loved my experience with Dr. Parfitt and his team. I love my results and recommend him to everyone I love. I thought he was kind and really took time with me when I had lots of questions. I never felt rushed like other doctors.

The staff is outstanding! They're focused on their patients best interest, and are very warm and inviting. I see Lyndsay - She's very passionate about her work, and she really takes her time explaining everything to me and answering all of my questions. Dr. Parfitt has the best team in the area - highly recommended!

Dr. Parfitt takes his time with his clients, has excellent bedside manner, and his skill as a facial plastic surgeon speaks for itself. The staff (many of whom are also his former patients) are warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. You will be given all of the information you will need from finances to pre-preop care, preop, and post op cares. I am very satisfied with my care and the results of my procedure are fantastic. I had Submental Liposuction (removing fat from under the chin) done in September of 2017. I was nervous at first but it was WORTH IT! I was impressed with Dr. Parfitt and his staff - very professional but personable at the same time. And the facility is very nice. They make you as comfortable as possible and are willing to answer any and all questions. If you have been considering liposuction - I would recommend not waiting any longer! Do it for yourself. I had a rhinoplasty done in December 2016, and I couldn't be happier with the treatment I received at Dr. Parfitt's surgical center. I did my research on this procedure and knew that Dr. Parfitt was perfect for the job. He is very skilled, with many years of experience in facial surgery! What a disappointment. I am left with a nasty scar on my face and he had no remedy except to tell me a scar is a scar!! He did a dermabrasion on my lip area got one side right and the other side he leaves me with a protruding noticeable scar and was only rude and irrational dealing with his disaster. His assistant pretended or really had no clue as she said she has never heard of such a thing. There are serious bad reviews regarding Richard Parfitt and they can be easily covered up, be sure to find them as he is not a fully trained plastic surgeon but an ears, nose and throat physician with some facial surgery training. When they tell you that he only does faces that is only telling you he is not fully qualified, be aware!!!! What a disappointment.
