He is all show. Without any testing or assessment decides my depression is the problem. It was my adhd, as I had told him I thought it was. He later told me he basically wasn’t going to treat me any more because he was “maybe changing his practice.” His receptionists called me 5 time to schedule me. Too late. Already found a better doctor. Lower your prices. You aren’t that good of a doctor.

Professional, exacting medications, compassionate, caring... Truly a life changing relationship with psychiatric and medication therapy. Dr Oddy helped my husband rebound from a stroke and a deep depression. So wonderful to welcome my husband back from the depth of despair to a functioning husband, father and grandfather.

Dr. Richard Oddy has saved my life more than once, and I feel bad I haven't left a review sooner. He is so compassionate and out of all the doctors I seen in multiple states he is one of the top reasons why I decide to reside in Colorado. Thank you Dr. Oddy, you are the best there is!

We have been very pleased with the attention our son - bipolar- received from Dr. Oddy. Dr. Oddy called after hours and/or on weekends to follow up on how our son was reacting to certain meds. He has been supportive and available. Our son feels very confident seeing Dr. Oddy.

I got extensive testing (psych evaluation, intelligence test, neuropsych screening, and neuropsych test) which confirm I have a textbook case of ADHD. Without any testing at all, Oddy imagined I had Bipolar Disorder. He blackmailed me into taking three bipolar medications simultaneously! He added Lamictal, and Depakote to the stimulant I was already taking. Unfortunately, the Lamictal increases the potency of the Depakote by up to three times, which he overlooked. I was grossly overmedicated for an illness I never had! I was torpid, intellectually absent, and so dizzy I couldn't stand up long enough to cook (compare to Bruce Willis drooling through the opening scene of 12 Monkeys). When I told him about that and other very serious side effects, he insisted I must be bipolar and added Welbutrin to the mix, which made me hallucinate! I couldn't work or go to school like this, couldn't pay for my apartment, and had to move back in with my parents. I stopped taking all medications altogether. It took several months for my mind to clear. But I never fully recovered. All that passing out and hitting my head caused brain damage. I lost several abilities I previously had. My eyes and hands do twitchy things they didn't before. I can never find the word I'm looking for and I use words I didn't know existed. I got extensive testing (psych evaluation, intelligence test, neuropsych screening, and neuropsych test) which confirm I have a textbook case of ADHD. … More
