Total dissatisfaction. Before scheduling an appointment with Dr. Neal I asked if the office was able to recement a veneer I had done just a couple of months earlier at my regular dentist 3000 miles away that had become loose and was assured Dr. Neal could do that. I made the appointment. Dr. Neal strongly recommended I replace my new veneers (8 of them) with crowns. I told him I would consider that if I continued to have a problem. He cemented the veneer in place and it came loose again within 2 weeks. When I went back to have it cemented the second time he asked me if I would be replacing the veneers with crowns. I was given an estimate price the cost crowns. I told him all my dental work was guaranteed by my regular dentist for 2 years and if they needed to be replaced I would have them done there at no cost but I need the veneer to stay in place at least until I returned to my regular dentist the following winter.
