I was referred to Dr Montilla by my PCP after he noticed a "bump" on my right arm, Dr. Montilla took that thing off without any pain at all during my first appointment ..we are not talking about a small procedure, I have about 20 stitches where he removed what he believes is a basal cell carcinoma...he sent the piece of meat out to get examined to verify that it was ... either way he is a gentleman and a very gentle and thorough Doctor Thanks Doc !!

I can’t say enough about my experience with Dr.Montilla. I had trauma to my nose years ago, and met with him to discuss a septo-rhinoplasty procedure. From the initial consultation to post op I felt extremely confident in his ability to give me the results I wanted- and I really did feel he had my best interest every step of the way. The results speak for themself! Dr.Montilla explained every part of the surgery and answered every question I had(multiple times). I’m thankful for his expertise and helping me feel more confident. If you need any sort of plastic surgery done I know you will be in good hands with him and his wonderful team!

No. Not satified with Doctor or surgery. Was not informed by PA or Dr that there was another procedure for my carpel tunnel issue. Thought I was having procedure done on my wrist and not my palm. Doctor marked palm after I was partly sedated. Saw doctor for a total of maybe 5 minutes pre and post surgery. Basically felt like a meat market, doctor doing surgeries every 10 to 15 minutes. Surgery hasn't helped problem, that may not even be carpal tunnel (possibly pain from stenosis in neck). Still having ongoing issues with surgery site. Don't recommend Dr Montilla for this procedure and would not have him operate on my other wrist.

The entire staff was very professional. Dr Montilla was thorough and truly cared about my Dad. He treated him with respect and kindness. The end result of the surgery was truly amazing and I would recommend Dr Montilla to anyone needing plastic surgery! Thank you for everything Dr Montilla!

I can’t possibly say enough about Dr Montilla and his staff. What a great experience! From my initial consultation to the surgery and recovery, I never felt alone. Dr Montilla is so calm and very detail oriented. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know. He was very easy to talk to and work with. From the 1st time I met him, I knew I could trust him with this journey and what a great decision I made! He knows his stuff so you’re never really in doubt about anything because he’ll take his time to talk to you about everything especially things you may be uncomfortable about. I had a successful tummy tuck and I’m very happy with the results!

Sarah Diaz is an absolute skin Goddess!! She completley transformed my skin. It looks youthful and radiant again. So many people have complimented me saying my skin is glowing. I would highly recommend Sarah she is amazing at what she does.

On August 13, Dr. Montilla surgically removed a venous lake from my lip and as of September 2nd, my lip looks amazing. I could not be more satisfied with the results. The work he did on a very visible area was artful and perfect. Beyond his expertise, he is a kind, low key Doctor who doesn’t bring a lot of attention to himself but rather focuses on the quality of the work. The overall tone of any practice begins with the front office. From the very first phone call, back in February, I was impressed with the understanding, patience and support from Jonathan in particular and throughout the process, from the rest of the staff as well. I highly recommend Dr. Montilla for his down to earth, focused approach, his empathetic care, and his excellent skill as a plastic surgeon. I am so grateful to him and his entire practice.

I was sent in for emergency surgery with Dr. Montilla by my dermatologist for a hematoma removal. The hematoma came after melanoma surgery and quickly deteriorated. My deeper wounds bleed a lot. Note to self. After waiting for Dr. Montilla at St Vincent's he arrived after an already long day to a surprise battery of additional patients. He didn't burden me with his already long day but reassured me I would be taken care of and even checked on me a few times in the admitting room and pre-op area. After waking up in the recovery room he was there again, making sure I was doing well. This should be an expected treatment of a patient and we all know Dr's have so little time to spare so I was pleasantly surprised by the attention given. Of note; upon waking and over the next few days I required none of the narcotics prescribed. The previous months' worth of pain was miraculously erased in one short surgery. If there is a downside it is that I can not assign an additional star.

The gals that work here are absolutely amazing! They make you feel so comfortable, they are so friendly, kind and caring! I would recommend them to anyone. Everyone person that I have referred has been equally happy!

I was referred to Dr Montilla by my Mohs surgeon after having Basel cell removed from under my eye. The wound was larger than I anticipated and I was extremely anxious about the repair. Dr Montilla was patient and kind, explaining everything he was going to do. I had quite a large scar afterwards. He was very reassuring that in a few months it would heal and no one would notice. He answered all my questions and I never felt rushed. He would show me pictures of my progress at each appointment which was also very reassuring. His office staff were all very nice and efficient. My scar is barely visible now and I’m very thankful for that.

The office had no record of my appointment even though I had talked to their office twice the week before. But worse- the doctor was rude and arrogant. Luckily I got a second opinion after he insisted I needed immediate surgery. I didn't...

I needed to have eyelid / eyebrow surgery done as my field of vision was being affected and also being a motorcyclist, this became a priority . A top rated doctor in the greater Boston area repaired (or so I thought) my eyelid years ago and it never came out right. So several years later, I'd had enough with the vision problems. After searching many of the "top" plastic surgeons in my area, none of them offered help for "medical needs" , only cosmetic. Not Dr. Montilla, they said YES, we do help people with medical needs! His schedule person, John, whom I've never met but spoke to several times setting up the procedure got me in faster than I expected and Dr. Montilla did a fantastic job. Prior to the procedure Dr. Montilla went over what needed to be done to make this work, which included brow lifting, unlike the last doc who simply sowed the lid and it never took properly. Dr. Montilla's staff is also quite awesome. You don't have to go to Boston for top care! He's right at St.

Dr. Montilla did my brow lift in June, 2019. He is extremely professional and meticulous. I am extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend him! His office staff is very organized and efficient. Jonathan, in particular, is very helpful and detail oriented. Dr Montilla and his staff were also excellent about answering all questions.

Dr Montilla provided superior cosmetic surgery to a mole that was on my nose for over 15 yrs. I was always self conscious about and and afraid if removed it would leave a big scar and look worse. I had picosure done at this office. The atmosphere is lovely and welcoming. Sarah is absolutely wonderful. She is thorough in her approach to her job and so very friendly. I could not be more pleased with the results. Money well spent for sure.

I love the warm feeling I get as soon as I walk into this office! All of the staff are so pleasant at the front desk!! I followed Sarah the laser Tech here and wouldn’t trust anyone but her to remove my tattoos!! She is a love and I highly recommended going here!

In 2017 I took my 14 year old to see Dr. Montilla to discuss a possible breast reduction. She was experiencing severe back pain and constant discomfort due to the size of her breasts. Dr. Montilla agreed that due to her size and symptoms she would be a good candidate for a reduction. Due to her age we had to get insurance to approve the procedure which Dr. Montilla took care of for us. The surgery went perfectly and my daughter no longer in pain. We are very grateful.

He is the worst ever. He will deform your body. Regreat my savings of 13,000 that I spend on him to destroy my body and my life. Stoping deleting my reviews, I have proof

Dr. Montilla strives for perfection- this is what I wanted in a plastic surgeon. His staff are knowledgeable, efficient, professional, warm and friendly. I had a work related injury on my thumb and Dr. Montilla got me in right away. He put stitches into my thumb and it healed without scaring. Would recommend

I would highly recommend Dr. Montilla for both cosmetic procedures and hand surgeries. Dr. Montilla is a skilled artist! He is conservative with fillers and Xeomin paying close attention to your wishes while still being practical. (he actually told me no when I wanted an extra syringe of filler to my lips which I was thankful for later) He performed an upper Bleph on me and I am more than pleased with the result!

If I could give this place no stars I would. The insurance agent there is rude and denied my three year old daughter because my referral hadn’t gone in yet. After telling him to call my pcp if he has any questions he states he will take her only when he gets paid he’s not chasing me for money. My daughter was bit in the face by a dog and was told she couldn’t eat until seen. I would never send my daughter to an office so rude. Disgusts me how rude this man is.

If you are looking for a friendly office staff, this is the place to go. If you are looking for a kind doctor, stay far away.

My experience at Dr Montilla’s office was very good. He was pleasant and appointment ran efficiently. I had two moles removed from my face and did a great job. The office staff was also very friendly and even helped with my kids when I had to bring them along with me.

Just had my first Hydrafacial. It was amazing! It left my skin soft, smooth and glowing. Professional staff explained the steps of the facial and provided information on the products used and their benefits. I will be back for more Hydrafacials.

Dr. Montilla is an excellent plastic surgeon. He is friendly and professional. He removed skin cancer from my face and you would never know I had surgery. His office staff is helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Montilla for any surgery or procedure. He’s awesome!

Everything was positive! I had a 2nd to none office experience, the doctor was superb, the work he did and his demeanor was both professional and warm.

I have suffered from acne prone skin for the past 12 years. I completed a course of Accutane about 6 months ago, however, I have continued to get minor breakouts and my blackheads have returned. I had a consult with Sarah who gave me my first hydrafacial. This treatment was incredible with instant results; about 80% of my blackheads were removed! Sarah showed a personal interest in discussing the best course of treatment for my skin in great detail. I will be returning for another hydrafacial!

After several abdominal surgeries and gaining an excessive amount of weight, my stomach, abdominal area and midriff was discusting. The fat overlapped. I would get irritations. I can’t explain exactly how horrible it looked. I can’t thank or praise Dr. Montilla enough. I don’ look like the same person! I had a laser treatment with Sarah for pigmentation on my face. The treatment was easy and completely successful. Sarah is not only skilled but very kind, reassuring and professional. I highly recommend her and this laser treatment with no reservations!

I had a septorhinoplasty done by Dr. Montilla at St. Vincent’s in Worcester. Dr. Montilla and his office staff are all extremely nice and super accommodating to your needs. I had events that I did not want the surgery to be close to and they got me in early enough so that I was fully healed by those events. The recovery was not bad at all and I can breathe much better now thanks for Dr. Montilla.

I had a breast reduction 15 months ago and I was a little nervous about it because I did not want my breast to look deflated. I wanted a nice perky look and every other doctor I went to told me that the look was not possible. Everyone still thinks I have silicone implants and I do not. It was only a breast reduction and a lift, and Dr. Montilla gave me the results that I wanted.

Dr. Montilla is a very competent and skilled plastic surgeon. I consulted several plastic surgeons before I chose Dr. Montilla. He carefully planned my necklift to look as natural as possible, and around my wired jaw injury. The surgery completely improved my look and self esteem. The results were above my expectations. I am now confidently aging gracefully with my new profile. The medical assistant, Sarah, was very supportive and knowledgeable. The staff was always pleasant.

The whole staff at Dr Montilla's has been exceptional in my care from the very start throughout my entire rehab process for my hand. Especially Jiyeon who was there through the surgery and has made me feel very comfortable and at ease at all of my visits. It's one of the few times I can say I look forward to going to the doctors. He took my money to do a full tummy tuck procedure, I saved money for several years, raising two daughters by myself. I paid for my procesure, full tummy tuck and he did a half tummy tuck, never told me until I questioned him about my umbilical scar not been visible. Just them he told me about his change of plans when he deciced to do the half tummy tuck, with a scar of a full tummy tuck and the decision to leave me with a high stomach and a deformed and ugy belly. I hate him with all my heart

I first met Dr. Montilla for trauma related facial reconstruction. After the first surgery I still did not have the functionality I was looking for and he helped me get through the second surgery without reservation. 2nd was related to how I had healed from 1st. He was very supportive in my concerns and worked to make sure I was satisfied. I went to see him for another medical concern 4 years later and still very satisfied with his care, compassion and calm easy going manner.

Every member of Dr. Montilla's staff was dedicated to my care and well being. They made me feel safe and comfortable and I never felt intimidated to not ask questions I had (and I had many!). The procedure went really well. The healing process went well also. Considering a neck lift now! And I would not go to any other surgeon/office to have this done. The office runs like a real team and make you feel that you're part of that team! The whole process exceeded my expectations!
