Great staff and very attentive. They took the time to answer all of my questions very thoroughly. Doctor was very helpful with surgery decisions.

GET A SECOND OPINION!!!

Worst experience ever! They are incredibly rude and have no interest in helping people who need care. They should be ashamed of themselves! I’ve never experienced a clinic with such lack of empathy and unwillingness to help someone with an EMERGENT situation, at risk of going blind, in which health insurance was covered. Absolutely disgusting. Mercy was willing to get us in immediately with no questions asked. ???? Thank god they understand how to treat patients! Worst experience ever! Friendly and informative service

Had my eyes checked at this office by Dr. Gunther. He treated me very kindly. Checked my eyes and gave me a prescription. Great doctor and friendly staff.

Loved visiting this office. The doctors and techs were great and very hospitable.

Dr. Miller was very knowledgeable and went over my options. Kind and caring through the pre-op visit, surgery and post op visits. Yes, you may have to wait in the office but I want a doctor with a lot of experience when it comes to my eyes - at times wait is minimal.

all they care about is how much money they can get from you - the care you get is no better than you can get else where

Had to wait near an hour and a half to see. Was told that that is the way he sees his patients. Did not say he was apologize for running late or say anything. Telling me I need to have additional tests to determine other conditions. Telling me I have dry eyes and other conditions. I argued back with him that I don't have the symptoms he is describing. He stated that he knows best, he has 60,000 patients and not to argue with him as he knows best. Very arrogant

My new patient appt & exam in Dixon, IL put me on a conveyor belt of a production line. The patient traffic was unnerving. The staff was congenial & efficient, but I got the impression that they all felt rushed. I was NOT impressed favorably w/Dr. Miller. I was treated like a number, not a person. When I asked him what the procedure for cataract surgery was, he referred me to a staff member who was unable to answer my questions satisfactorily.

Dr Miller treated me 4 appx. 10yrs... when he came out with his Lipaflow treatments-.he said it was necessary for me to have the procedure...payimg cash up front...BUT I told his girls that I had been diagnosed with Lupus & being tested for Sojgrens.. he sent a girl in who poke & shoved the cups under my eyelids.'no Dr Miller that day. I called & as I was having eye pain...I went in...he said lipaflow ruptured my tear duct. Told me to go to UW.& he would have a new Dr see me in the future

I was left in an exam room for OVER 70 minutes (going past 5:00 pm) with absolutely no one contacting me to say that the doctor was running late, They forgot all about me until I got up out of the damn exam chair and walked out! Then the staff was soooooo sorry , sure they were. NEVER SEEING THIS CLINIC AGAIN. I get much better pt service at my Vet.
