Dr. Richard Mazzaferro

Dr. Mazzaferro and his entire staff is wonderful. My father has chronic back pain, 88 years old and it was affecting his ability to walk. We don’t want pain medicine for obvious reasons. Dr. M performed two epidural injections the first one my dad was still in pain so he ordered an MRI and found the exact location where he should inject. He is doing a lot better. I can’t say enough about his nurse. Her name is Carine. She is knowledgable, very caring, a beautiful kind soul. Everybody in his office is nice I really like Mary, his office manager. They got him in pretty quickly.

Such an amazing Doctor who always listens and provides great care and advice. The office staff and assistant’s are all very nice, professional and helpful. Glad I chose this practice for my back care and injections.

Beyond being a truly nice human being this Doctor is VERY effective in reducing or completely removing your back pain. He is exceptionally effective putting your life back to normal and allowing you to resume activities that were not possible prior to being treated.

As a very active young mom and full time working professional of two young children, I was scared out of my mind about the future ramifications of my current back condition. Moreover, I was beyond scared at the thought of injections, but I knew I didn't want surgery, ever. I couldn't have chosen a more talented physician or office staff to help get me back up (no pun intended) and running! Efficient, on time, professional, accommodating, knowledgable, caring, clean, calming environment are only a few among the many immediately obvious positive attributes that describe my experience at Quincy Spine Center over the past four weeks. Great doctor, very knowledgeable with a good bedside manner. The staff is pleasant and the office atmosphere is very calming. I recommended Dr. Mazzaferro to a friend suffering with back problems and like me she was thrilled with Dr. Mazzaferro and the results of her procedure.

I have referred several patients to Dr. Mazzaferro and have been beyond pleased with his communication and genuine interest in patient outcomes. Patients love him and always comment on his welcoming bedside manner. Highly recommend.

Quincy Spine is the best! Friendly staff and the Doctor is very professional as well as friendly! They all make you comfortable in this office!
