Dr. Richard Martin

He was a BAD Dr. . I got me hooked on methadone 150mg a day over 6years and never even tried to find out what my problem was . 3 ruptured vertebrae's .I found out from a new Dr. after he cut me off my Methadone after 6 yr's . After Prince died he acted like he didn't even know me . I went thru 30 days of horror from his lack of being a good Dr. I hate what he did . Now I have a good Dr. again . This guy is more interested in hitting on women than being a Dr. Michael Erskine 559-942-0121 .

If you are seeking a professional environment in a doctor's office, this office would not be recommended. Extremely unreasonable wait time and distinct prejudice displayed with receptionist and doctor. If there was a zero rating, that would be it.

I have the highest respect for Dr Martin as a practitioner. He is very thorough and has extensive knowledge. I recommended him to my fiancé as I was certain she would benefit greatly. Fro the start, she had difficulty scheduling with his Office Manager, who I also understand is his spouse. The bottom line is straightforward. The Office Manager was the most rude, unprofessional, disrespectful person I’ve ever heard address a client or patient in my entire life. On two occasions Kerri put the call on speakerphone as she was completely shocked by the behavior of this “medical professional”. Though I could give a half dozens examples of unprofessional behavior, the final straw was the OM canceling an important test that was scheduled and terminating her as a patient without cause except ugliness. Took my elderly mother to him to have a bilateral nerve conduction study on her hands and she felt very comfortable with him, due to his excellent sense of humor. The test itself didn't cause her any pain. I was with her, during the entire process, and he treated her with the utmost respect and kindness. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Martin is fabulous. His staff is the problem. I waited two weeks to get an appointment for my test, which was a miricale, it it has been 6 weeks since I had my test and my doctor still doesn’t have the notes from Dr. Martin. Yolanda, his receptionist, has an issue with people who only speak English. I am now two months out from my test and 4 months out from my injury. How long does Yolanda want us to wait for her to get around to her work.

My family doctor referred me to Dr. Martin when I was unable to find relief from persistent lower back pain. I was dubious and told Dr. Martin that my interest was not to get on a routine of pain medication or opioids. He did a complete investigation of my health issues, symptoms and pain history. He suggested a series of daily exercises, inexpensive electrical stimulation (TENS), body positions when cooking gardening and other daily activities, I followed his advice. It worked. Thanks.
