I came for routine physical check up. They took me in time and Dr. Lorraine is very professional and helpful. The office is very clean. I am very satisfy with the visit.

Excellent primary care physician.

Dr. Lorraine always takes time to understand my questions/comments and explains things in an easy to understand way.

I am a long time patient of Dr. Lorraine. Excellent care by Dr. Lorraine and staff. Always answers my questions and concerns about my health so that I can understand.

I have been going to Harleysville Medical for 22 years. The doctors and the office staff have always been wonderful. They are friendly, caring, professional and kind. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my health needs.

Those negative reviews could not have been more wrong - clearly, those people have an ax to grind. Dr Lorraine is very knowledgeable, and clearly has his patient's best interests at heart. He has a great "bedside manner" too! I have found the office staff to be very helpful and pleasant. My ineractions with this office have been uniformly positive - best medical office I've ever been to!

I really urge everyone to go elsewhere. This office was so convenient to our home that we tried for too long. The office staff are rude...even yelled on the phone. And Dr. L is not a Dr that works with his patients. It is his way or no way. When he tried to put me on a med after 1 lab result, I suggested a retake because my levels were never that high. He refused, and said I was going against medical advice and became very passive aggressive. I retested and didn’t need meds at a different Dr.

Not very helpful to new and unestablished patients. "Too busy" to give quality care and respect. Were disrespectful when they were confronted with questions and situations that they didn't know the answers to. Did not provide any referrals to other offices that could provide the care needed.
