I can walk and play golf again THANKS to DR LIM for 3yrs I suffered with spinal stenosis I refused to listen to DR LIM when he recommended surgery to move the nerves away from the vertebrae in my back, afraid of dire consequences but when the pain became so intense I relented on October 17 Dr LIM operated in two weeks I was walking without a walker or cane I am completely PAIN FREE and can't wait for the start of golf season THANK YOU DR LIM and the GREAT STAFF at MIDWEST ORTHO

Dr Lim is always prompt and professional. He actually listens and cares about his patients. He’s the only Dr I’ve ever been ok going to see.

Very professional , he answers all my questions and explains complicated issues in layman's terms. Very good Doctor. I am very glad I got a referral for him.

Dr Lim is very good in explaining my MRI with me… he went over my best options…I let his office with a satisfied feeling?

Dr. Lim was a great choice for me to get verification that my major pain was not bone or disc but it was muscular

I've been a patient of Dr. Lim's for 17 years. He is an excellent doctor. He cares about his patients and is always able to answer any questions you might have. There is no one else I would trust my spinal care to.

Dr. Lim is attentive and listens when you talk. Truly nice doctor.

My Father WAS a patient of Dr. Lim. My Father is very hard of hearing- he primarily reads lips. Covid/masks have made it very difficult for him. After a bad experience with the scheduler in the office (Jan 2022). I went to appointment with my father and politely asked what they could do to accommodate him going forward. I am not over exaggerating when I say Dr Lim's response was very belligerent and intimidating. I was stunned at his behavior. He barely looked at my dad's CT- said there was nothing he could do for him at that time. Got up and walked out. I have held off on writing this review Because, Midwest as a whole is very professional and my family has had an overall good experience with the group. Dr Lim was very patience and talked clear and also will secure interpreter for all of mark’s appointments Thank you for accepting mark and told us where spine was broken

I've been seeing Dr Lim for a cervical spine issue. The conservative treatments of physical therapy and three epidural injections haven't worked, and we'll now be going for surgery. Dr Lim and his staff are thorough in all of their explanations, and especially with "what's next." They are friendly, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Dr. Lim.

Dr. Lim has been my doctor for several years now and I highly recommend this doctor because of my experience with him and his work and excellent bedside manner causes me to come back to him, also other doctors have seen his work in x-rays and praise his work

Super pleasant man. Very cordial. Answered all my questions and made a manageable plan of care.

?? this Dr. Walked me through the process for 6 years when I had spinal stenosis. I also love ?? his assistant Mike Meeker. They make me laugh and I feel respected. They are a great team. Through all my concerns they are great. The pain after 3 surgeries they walked me through the process. Thank you both so much.

Dr. Lim was very pleasant in his communication and met me with a smile. I appreciated his straightforwardness but tactful solution to my problem. I would recommend him to others.

I really like Dr Lim he was very informative and personable, I really appreciated that. Dr Lim was a second opinion for me and because he was honest with me and went through everything step by step, I think I will stay as his patient. I would recommend Dr Lim to everyone! Great Dr and his PA is pretty awesome as well.

From the receptionist, the nurse, and Dr.Lim, all were patient, friendly and efficient. It was my first visit. Dr. Lim was thorough, listened, and ordered an additional test to get all the data he needs to address my back pain. I did not feel rushed. My test and follow-up appointments were scheduled in a timely fashion.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Lim since 2017 for my back issues. I like that Dr. Lim is able to give a definitive treatment plan and explains what can be expected.

Appointment was rushed. Spent maybe 4 minutes with me. Since I didnt need surgery, my neck and back pain was a waste of his time. Never got any resolution as to what i should do for my severe neck and shoulder pain. Terrible bedside manner.

I will never go back to see Dr. Lim. I have a herniated L5/S1 disc and degeneration in my lower back due to having cancer twice. The radiation caused the back problems. I had 1 surgery in 2014 that helped for some years but then it returned. I heard great reviews so decided to get a second opinion from him. He saw me for about 5mins. He barely let me speak. He wouldn’t let me explain my cancer history and why I have back issues in the first place. He called me a “big girl” (extremely rude) and when I tried to explain to him I am in medical menopause and have hypothyroidism due to my two cancers he replied “well we need to fix that don’t we?” I was in shock. I will never return to him, it was a waste of my time, money, and he made me feel terrible about myself. I will never go back to see Dr. Lim. Dr. Lim was not able to tell me anything in spite of talking several x-rays. He gave me a referral for a CT scan. He supposed to see me for a follow up after. Frustrating when you're in pain.

I have always been treated well, the weight times are not long and, most importantly, the results of the back surgery were way beyond expectations!

1st time seeing Dr Lim. Very professional and friendly. He went over my xrays in a way that I could understand. Gave me several options for my ailment which was very reassuring. Definitely would recommend him to anyone

We look at my films so he can explain to me what problems or issues I have. Then we discuss possible solutions. Dr. Lim is able to be contacted if there is ever a need. I would highly recommend Dr. Lim for consultation and surgery. After two successful back surgeries, I have confidence in his knowledge and ability to serve his patients. Horrible. Rushed during appointment and offered no help or diagnosis regarding 2 yrs of constant nerve pain in my back flank. Wouldn’t even pull up the MRI he ordered during follow up visit. Condescending and pompous. If your issue is not glaringly obvious in mri/ct pictures, he does not have time for you…

I've had my neck and lower back done by Dr Lim. He's a doll and I absolutely adore him and my surgeries went better than good, it was amazing. My only thing is you don't get much time to discuss anything, he's really busy and in and out of the room but I'm well taken care of.

My visit was about a concern with a previous surgery I had. I saw Michael Meeker and Dr. Lim, they spent time with me, explained things to me and answered all my questions.

On time!!! Dr Lin and his assistant Sondos Masoud were excellent. Very thorough, very professional. The X-ray staff is equally efficient. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr Lim performed a disk replacement on my neck. Flawless procedure and the recovery was exactly how he described it would be. If you don’t have your surgery done by Dr. Lim, your not getting it performed by the very best.

Dr Lim did my 1st ankle surgery at Christ Nov. 1 a Sunday morning He was kind and clear and spoke with my daughter after to let her know all went well. my daughter thought very highly of him, and so do I.

This was my 6 month follow up visit from spine surgery. Dr Lim is just fantastic- the best. Very easy to talk with and answers any and all questions pertaining to your back issues. I can’t say enough about him, and want to Thank him for giving me a renewed chance of a pain free life, free from the severe sciatic pain I was experiencing before surgery. I feel great now and have regained my mobility and able to walk any distance free from pain. Thank You Dr. Lim.
