Dr. Richard Kim Le

Dr. Le is an excellent PCP. He cares deeply for his patients and has been very helpful when I've needed medical care.

Where do I begin... ?? so aside from the 2 HIPPA violations for losing sensitive patient info (then having me bring them into the office twice due to your lack of professionalism) I also has a surgery scheduled for 10/31/2020 but since the wonderful people at this office never sent the specialist my info for a whole month! I was forced to reschedule to Dec 31st due to their lack of simple admin work. I had an appointment with another specialist on 04/21/2021 and what do you know! They never sent the necessary info to the specialist YET AGAIN. I would rather go to a doctor whose office is in an Arby’s dumpster before I come back here again! Oh you guys also owe me the 40 dollar copay I that I had to pay yesterday for no damn reason. THIS IS LITERALLY THE WORST PLACE TO CHOOSE IF YOU LIVE IN THE OCOTILLO AREA. I waited months to post this as I was giving you guys chances but given your lack of professionalism with patients info I am filing a HIPPA complaint form.

When I was a patient here I wasn’t impressed, and he’s basically not around very much because he has multiple offices and it was actually difficult to see him. If he wasn’t so obviously interested in profits he’d have less offices and he’d be more available

While I have not met Dr. Le yet, I have had nothing but awesome experiences with the staff and the other professionals in his office.

The staff is courteous, attentive and professional. The environment is fresh. I enjoy my visit and the follow up service provided.

We have been seeing Dr. Le and his practice for about a year. It had been difficult to find a family practice that we were happy with. We are so blessed to have found them. Every single person involved with their practice has been fantastic!

My experience was with ease. I scheduled my appointment on line and requested confirmation that they accept my insurance which they did the very next morning (I scheduled after business hours). They emailed me and called to confirm my appointment the day before. I was also called and asked to either arrive early to complete paperwork or print on line, complete and bring with me. The staff was very nice all had smiles and made me feel welcome. The nurse practitioner Tyanne listened to my concerns and was very helpful. I saw Stephanie Pham and I absolutely love her! She takes the time to listen to all my complaints about how I'm feeling. I always have multiple things going on at once and she addresses them all. I feel very well taken care of when I see her

I love the Ocitillo office. Everyone is nice, friendly and yet professional. I never have to wait, I don’t feel rushed or like a number. I see Stephanie and she is very thorough, and appears to care. That is something I haven’t experienced in a very long time.

I have been a patient at Fountains Family Care since the beginning of 2018. Each time, I haven't had to wait more than a few minutes for my scheduled appointment to begin. Each member of the staff with whom I've interacted (probably about ten people including Dr. Le) has been pleasant and professional. I have also found Dr. Le and the two Nurse Practitioners I've seen (Phung and Tyann) to be very comprehensive regarding medical matters. Wonderful staff. I had a rest first impression with this office. I felt heard and did not feel rushed through my appointment like I have had with previous doctors. That you for putting your patients first and taking all the time you do.

I don’t normally write reviews but I was appalled at the way I was treated by Dr Le’s PA, Stephanie Pham. She was extremely presumptuous, disrespectful, insulting and accusatory. Horrible experience. After being a patient for years I will never return to this office.

I really liked Dr. Le. Unfortunately, the front office (and maybe the Dr.) treated me so badly that I will not be going back. Even after twice explaining my situation (needing a 6 day refill of a medication), it was first ignored, and then after calling back a 2nd time and explaining patiently AGAIN in detail what I had said on the 1st call (it was obvious they were not listening), the office got around to filling it 9 days later - several days after I had left the country. All this happened 6 months ago, and I am still pretty upset about it. I have never had this difficulty with any previous Dr. office before. So that is the reason I am speaking up about it. frustrated that they would not extend a courtesy to my wife for her blood pressure medication, it has been two weeks and now she feels like crap. Thanks This is the reason I stopped going to you all, remember me? doubt it

A fantastic staff

Vey short wait time. Very throrough and comprehensive medical care. Both doctors and nurses are great listener and very caring. I have had a wonderful experience. They are all so helpful and friendly. I'm so grateful to have found them.

This doctor is brilliant, kind, gentle and amazing. I cannot say enough good things about him. His staff is beyond awesome, and while I have what I consider "2nd Class Insurance", that being through the state, they go above and beyond for you. I have found there are many,many other doctors who do not do this, and you're constantly made to feel ashamed or embarrassed of the state assistance you receive. Dr. Le is DEFINITELY NOT one of those doctors. And I am so lucky to have found him. Miss Cathy, Miss Tao and Mr. Sunny are always at the helm, ready to help you, along with Dr. Le's PA's and NP's, and they are all just as awesome as he. I am so ever grateful. He always takes as much time as it takes. He never rushes you and if you need referrals, Dr. LE always gets the job done. Great doctor.

This is by far the most appreciative I have ever felt about a doctors office. The entire staff is warm and welcoming. Above all else, the doctors truly care about taking the time to spend with you.

Years ago when I saw this doctor I had billing issues with their billing department too. I have been Dual eligible for since 2003 and I truly hope that now since I am going back to this doctor starting 3/01/2014 I do not have billing issues again.. However I just do not pay. Both of my parents have been seeing this doctor for 6+ years now and they never had billing issues... Just realize it is NOT THE DOCTOR Who is doing the billing it is a different department and you need to address the billing issues with them which is what I did in the past and plan on doing in the future if it happens AGAIN!!!!
