Dr. Lambert is a great dentist. He has always worked with me to give me the best dental experience and care. HOWEVER, his receptionist is the most condescending, smug person I have ever had to deal with. For someone that is the face of a business she should be very ashamed of her behavior in dealing with humans!! I am afraid to report that as long as she is the person I have to go through to see Dr. Lambert, I will not be returning and I would recommend to everyone to do the same. I hope Dr. Lambert has cameras in his front office so he can see the behavior this lady displayed. Dr. Lambert is a great dentist. Dr Lambert must have had the most loving parents because he is the kindest and most considerate of dentists/persons. I wished i could have put him in my pocket to take him with me when i left MO. You can not go wrong with him as your dentist. Consider yourself very fortunate to have him. I know i did.
