Each experience I have had when visiting Dr. Kendall at the Port Clinton Urgent Care site has been worth while. I am treated warmly yet professionally. Dr. Kenedall's treatment for whatever affliction I had been suffering from has always been effective and affordable. Even after requiring three separate visits to remove severe impacted ear wax, Dr. Kendall only charged me for the first visit, until the job was done. We are fortunate here in the Port Clinton area to have the Urgent Care facility, Dr. Kendall, and his staff available to help with our health problems.

I LOVE the doctor here!! He is caring, understanding, soft-spoken and who I call a Superhero! He goes out of his way to help everyone that walks through his door. His concern for his patients knows no bounds. He gave my son a free MRI when we brought him in for an unrelated issue because he wanted to check on something else he saw that was a possible issue. I can't say enough about this place. I don't have a family doctor because he IS the only doctor I want caring for me. 10/5 stars. I LOVE the doctor here!! Needed a dr on Friday noon beginning Memorial weekend. My usuals were out. By 5:30pm I was hurting (pink eye) & looking forward to a miserable 3 day holiday. Contemplted home remedies nut didn't trust wen ideas. Then I remembered Fast Track & decided to give them a try. Glad I did! Dr. Kendall & staff were professional, courteous, got me in & out. I spent my lomg weekend getting better, instead of worse. Will be walking in again. Telling my friends & family to remember Fast Track.

In and out in 1 hr 30 minutes. Immediately taken to exam room and given paperwork to fill out. Nurse and Doctor saw two of us together, both suffering cold flu issues. Did xray on one of us. Showed results and issued prescriptions with info sheet explaining situation. Very positive experience. Nice staff.
