I recently woke up with excruciating Abdominal pain and trying to see if pain would subside but it did not stop. My friend took me to St Joseph ER and I was immediately taken back to ER room to be evaluated and the ER Dr ordered a Abd CT with contrast. A leaking duodenal ulcer was found and the trauma Dr.Hodges was on call and alerted the OR that he had a patient that needs surgery ASAP. I went to OR from the ER and had a Exp Lap And Dr Hodges took care of the problem swiftly. He is a caring compassionate MD who is honest and answers all your questions sincerely. I also saw him every morning post-op for a week and again he showed care and concern and answered all my questions.
