I saw Dr Hebert's nurse practitioner in Jennings for a bruise I had from a fall about 6 months ago. She told me to see a dermatologist. I told her I had a bad ear ache in my left ear. She said it is probably due to sinuses. She didn't give me ear drops or anything for sinus. After having a bad night with ear pain I called for a prescription. She said I have to go to my primary doctor. What kind of ENT is that if they will not help you with an ear ache???
This is one of the most caring and compassionate doctors I’ve ever seen. Very professional and knowledgeable. ????

Dr. Hebert ENT Hwy 190 Eunice Louisiana 70535 This place is a joke! 4/29/21 I was told I was going to get a septoplasty if insurance approved it. It was scheduled for 5/25/21. I was told I would need someone to drive me home. So my husband who is a truck driver took 4 days off so he could drive me home and take care of me for a few days. I requested the the time off of work as they suggested 1 week. 5/24/21 my husband is now home, I have been given a week off work (people had to move their schedules around to cover my shift mind you) Dr. Hebert's office calls me at 11:20 to tell me my insurance has not yet approved the procedure. This is the first I am hearing of this. Chelsea from Dr. Hebert's office makes me feel like she is fighting the insurance company, and I shouldn't be stressed. Getting her to call back is another story. She waits pretty much till end of the day to tell me it's a no go but she tells me the is another facility they use that can fit me in on 5/27/21 and again she makes me feel like she is fighting for me. Again getting her to return a call is like getting authorization from the insurance (putting it nicely communication sucks on their end). Sadly I got a call from the other facility informing me my procedure had to be canceled before Chelsea called me back. And now I am getting bills for the blood work/covid test that I took 1 week before I was due to have the procedure. I contacted the place that did the blood work apologized for my temper but informed them the could collect from Dr. Hebert because I lost close to $1000.00 just for my husband missing work, and he should had authorization before anything was done. I called for about an hour. Then finally someone picked up and said thanks for calling Herbert Medical group pleasw hold. About 1min later someone else picked up and said the same thing. Another minute passed and it happened again. Does anyone answer the phones and actually tend to the calls because this is ridiculous i been since last week and still never got any answers. Dr Hebert has been the only ENT Dr for my kids since my oldest 15 yrs old now was 2 and now still taking care of my youngest 4 yr old twins and 13 yr old with his 2nd set of tubes and allergy shots I wouldn't request another he is the absolute best in the area!!!
In February of 2020 I had an appointment to see Chip Hebert in Eunice,La. I went in because of pain, pressure and ringing in the right ear. After being told my insurance would not cover the visit, and they were not in my PPO, I kept the appointment. Had to a hearing test by Audiologist , saw Nurse Practitioner, finally saw Dr Hebert in the doorway for approx,10 minutes. Ordered MRI,and 8 lab tests, 4 which my Cardiologist does 2x yearly. Got antibiotics from my PCP while waiting for them to schedule MRI took 2 weeks . They never called me in to discuss results. After another 2 weeks I call office ,only to find out they have moved to Jennings, never scheduling a follow up. ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM FOR ANYTHING. .

Dr Chip was so awesome and his staff in eunice are very kind and helpful, they care, i had tubes put in today in Jennings andbi have never been in better care, the nurses an everyone were so nice an caring, they surely take pride in their jobs and know how to treat a patient, 100 plus for this hospital and Dr. Chip and also his staff in eunice
Dr. Hebert is the most skilled in his area. I know that he saved my 10 year old girl. Destiny and our family will always speak highly of Dr. Hebert. Dr. Hebert is very Humble and knows exactly what he is doing. I thank God for you Mr. Hebert
