He's the best doctor ever. He listens to you and is honest with you if he's unsure of a diagnosis. He then takes the next step and orders tests until he can tell you exactly what's wrong. He's very easy to talk to and makes you feel like you're his only patient.

Dr. Harsch is now with Cabarrus Family Medicine China Grove. Our former doctor moved away and I was nervous about going to Dr. Harsch. On my first visit with him, my worries were wiped away. He is a wonderful doctor. He explains things in a way I can understand. Dr. Harsch is very good about listening to my concerns and putting together all of my issues to try to get to the best conclusion. He really cares about trying to help me and his whole staff is wonderful.
I am a former patient of Dr. Harsch. I was really disappointed when he told me he was relocating to China Grove. Although I still go for my visits to the Prosperity Crossing location I miss the care and professionalism that Dr Harsch provided. For the first time I had a physician who I can confide in and at this time not feeling the same with my current physician.
