I would be a first time visitor of this location, therefore I called, asked, "how do I go about being seen here?", thinking there is a form you have to fill out, documentation they have to acquire first, things of that nature. The feedback to my inquiry was a sarcastic response stating, "how about setting up an appointment?" followed by laughter. Well, I have a toothache that's making half of my head hurt at the moment so my sense of humor is out the window at this moment. Then, they woman stated their location does not work with my insurance. I go on their website and learn they have monthly membership option plans, that I'm unaware of if I can opt in or not, but the fact of the matter is, I'm not informed of this. This was a very disappointing experience, as I'm nervous to begin with & not feeling well. This is not an approach I would recommend to potential first time patients and do not recommend this location.
