Dr. Richard Goldstein is an amazing surgeon with a wonderful bedside manner. He listens attentively to your podiatric concerns and gives a detailed account of the procedure he is going to perform. Once the surgery is over, he makes himself accessible if questions arise. I would highly recommend Dr. Richard Goldstein.

I had lapiplasty 3D bunion correction surgeries on both feet and am very happy with my results. Dr. Goldstein performed both procedures and provided excellent pre and post operative care. He is very funny and made me comfortable right away, which is saying a lot since I have pretty bad white coat syndrome! He did a great job on my feet and I am back to doing almost all of the things I did before surgery. His staff at PVMC are great too. I highly recommend Dr. Goldstein if you have bunion pain and are looking into the lapiplasty 3D correction procedure!

He truly gets to know you on a deep personal level and makes you always feel at home when you at his office. Doctor was very thorough and has an excellent bedside manner, I highly recommend him.

He took X-rays of my feet and contacted every expert and specialist he knew. He gave me the options and treatments for my foot and also suggested I get a second opinion.

I was experiencing a great deal of pain in both feet, but my left was awful. Although the root cause was structural/mechanics , Dr Goldstein was able to execute a treatment protocol which brought immediate relief. I will follow up w Dr Goldstein in 2 weeks. I wish i had not waited to seek treatment.

A truly wonderful experience all around! I was able to secure an appointment within hours. I was seen at the time of my appointment (which is rather important to me). Dreading having a needle inserted into my big toe, Dr Goldstein assured me I’d feel nothing. He was correct! His humorous demeanor had me quite comfortable. My mother and I have been his patient for years. My mother is diabetic and only allows Dr Goldstein to treat her. His personality puts you at ease even when he has to give you unhappy news (amputation). Great doctor, HIGHLY recommend him.

Had my first visit ever with a podiatrist. Dr. Goldstein was a part of my medical group so I thought I'd give him a try. I had alot of pain in my toe from my manicurist cutting my nail too short causing a very painful ingrown toenail. I couldn't even touch it and had no idea what to expect. Dr. Goldstein was so pleasant. He had a great sense of humor but most importantly, explained the whole procedure which put me totally at ease. He made what could have been a very unpleasant experience tolerable. One day after having to have the nail re-cut and cleaned out, I can happily say....it was like I didn't even have anything done! I have been a patient of dr Richard Goldstein for over 20 yrs...he is the very best! I have had surgery as well as various office visits..injections, removal of !corns and calluses, custom orthotics...and I have never ever had any problems! He is trustworthy, knowledgable, caring and honest! HI highly recommend him..and have always referred many other patients who all were quite happy!is staff is also very attentive and nice!

Dr. Goldstein is great! I would recommend him to anyone I know with any sort of podiatry issue. He is very down to earth and understandable. He makes 100% sure that you understand the prognosis and how to help cure it. He is also great with showing you how to do the exercise required the correct way which in turn helps you heel faster! The office is very clean. And all the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. It is very easy to make an appointment as well.

he is the best. No doubt!!!!

I wish I could say he was good no. I think he does not know how to do surgery. He fired me and sent me to one of his friends. He is nice but not competent. Told my primary care doc I had a tear. The new doctor said I did he just cleaned it out and it hurts worse now. What Can I do HELP !!!

Went to Dr. Goldstein after botched bunion surgery from another podiatrist. He defended the original doctors surgery, but after 5 months he finally admitted that it will be to be re-done. Every question I asked was never really answered, and when I pushed for an answer, I was constantly told that he didn't know how to explain it so that I would understand. From visit to visit, his answers changed and never reviewed his notes. He didn't even know why he wanted me to come in on my last appt.

was treated by Dr. Goldstein at HUMC Pascack Valley for a badly infected leg wound. Within five minutes of meeting Dr. Goldstein, all of my fears were put to rest. By far, the most down to earth, patient centered physician that I have ever been treated by. A few days out of the hospital, infection is gone, I feel better than ever and I'm a few week away from making a full recovery. This Dr. is the real deal!!!
