Office staff rude and poor attitude worst experience ever they don't know how to talk to their patient. Take lunch break without leaving any note that they are out for lunch poor service and poor communicatin. I think he a good doc. However it staff will deter other from coming they at the front desk and billing need to be trained how to talk to customer.. Poor service..

NEVER GO TO THIS PROVIDER! 1. I visited Hackensack Digestive Disease for ongoing gastritis. The scheduling was OK, but the follow-up was non-existent. 2. The did not process the insurance information. 3. It was impossible to reach their staff or billing service. However, multiple calls to the billing service were not answered (a 2 pm on Tuesday call was rejected with "Call back during normal business hours"). 4. The office staff HUNG UP on me.
