For 5 years Dr. Gascoigne was the only Dr. in all of Spokane who would take on the task of being Primary Physician to my now deceased husband. Because my husband was a paraplegic his health needs were complicated & we went through several Doctors trying to find one that would be willing to take on such a complex patient. Dr. Gascoigne never gave up on us even when everyone else did. He cared about the level of care my husband received, he managed his pain better than anyone had before, he tried every avenue and option to help my husband even though it meant more work for him. My husband was not an easy patient and more often than not our visits with other Healthcare Professionals did not go over well, yet Dr Gascigne continued my husbands care until he passed in 2011 without making us feel like we weren't worth the fight and extra workload it placed on him. Hands down the finest Dr. we have ever had the honor of knowing and I would highly recommend Dr Gascoigne to anyone for any reason. His manner is calming, caring, determined and he is highly respected for his level of care to his patients.
