Richard A Gasalberti

I’ve been a patient of Dr Gasalberti’s for 6 years now. He is an excellent doctor. His office atmosphere is comfortable. His office manager is amazing. I’ve been to see other Drs but no one compares to Dr Gasalberti.

Went to have procedure done today at the other location. Went over the procedure and after care, follow up. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful.

Went to visit Dr. Gasalberti today, for a different issues. He thoughly over test that have been done and what would be the next steps as far as other test needs and seeing other Dr's. And starting physical therapy.

Staff and doctor communication was very nice

I have had several visits to Dr Gasalberti’s office in the past weeks and have been very happy with him and his staff. Today I had a procedure done at his other location and was very impressed with the facility, the staff and of course the Dr and his team!

Dr. Gasalberti has been my Dr. for many years now. I have a chronic condition that has caused other problems yet he has always been one to know what test, therapy or referral is needed to get his patient pointed in the right direction. Totally confident in his knowledge of any pain or concern I may have had and never disappointed in his quality of care. His office staff is also very friendly and organized and on top of any appts, questions and paperwork that the patient may need.

To Dr. Gasalberti, I want you to know that you are an excellent Dr. and the one star rating is not about you. 3 years ago you had greatly helped my husband as a patient and we were so happy with you after you had injected his back 9 times then personally sent him to Dr Alexander De Moura who has since done neck surgery on him and referred him to Dr Peter Passius who operated on his back. Without you none of this would have been possible. I am very grateful to you. The reason I write this is because I greatly needed help and of course was in need of a great Dr and Physical therapy and possible injections for myself. I had an appointment for your office. I got the referral from my Dr. Unfortunately from the start your secretary was extremely rude to me. This was on each call. My insurance just requires a referral. When I told her it said evaluation she swiftly said my appointment was canceled. I could have easily fixed this with one call to my Dr. However on every interaction with her she gave me a reason why my appointment won't be taken. She was rude in every way. Not even giving me a chance to correct it. and informed me she will not call my Dr. I felt so uncomfortable because of her that instead of saying I can fix this and making one easy call, because she had a problem with a word. She wanted the word consultation, I decided as much as I wanted to see you I can't. go somewhere and have someone who has made me feel so uncomfortable and disrespected. I called my insurance company as I informed her and they stated as long as I have a Drs referral the wording doesn't matter. Still I would have happily fixed it had she not been so rude . She also made some off handed remarks about the type of insurance I have, and if that is the the case then perhaps the rudeness was intentional and that is by far worse to give me every reason, which she did to cancel my appointment. If you aren't aware of these things that go on in your office, or how potential patients are treated or how it costs you patients, this is how it happens.Again I thank you so much for helping my husband so much. Different Always receive wellness care And informatuon

As a Patient for past 7 yrs > I wd'Not be able to Function w/Out his Expertise > > Do Not Listen to Hateful Negative Reviews

He is treating me for pain management. Trying to get PRP procedure approved. He did this procedure on my right shoulder and it was a success.

What a joke and waste of time did nothing for me after all of my mris showing i was in pain.Run

Very understanding and caring

OMG ! The worst ! Read a post from 5/6/18 experience the exact same treatment and condition. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !

I suffer from severe pain from HND. I am very active and without Dr. Gastelberti I would not be able to do many things. I trust him completely and he knows what he is doing, he is a great Doctor.

A very caring doctor wanting you to get better.

Dr.G knows what his patients need. He’s thorough and he listens. He tries everything to make you comfortable. His office staff is wonderful-very caring and professional.

I came in to see him with extremely bad pain and was told by other doctors i needed surgery but when he examines me he said i dont need surgery but with his care and therphy i would get better ...... i have been seeing him alittle over a month and i must say with his care plan i am doing better so hopefully with time i will get much better ..... i do hold this doctor and his assistant with the upmost respect and gratitude in the care for my health

Very good doctor I recommend

Knowledgeable Doctor & excellent staff you will not go wrong. I seen him in the past with a great experience & now I have another issue so I returned & will again in future if need be. Some complain about his dictating to his recorder & call it mumbling, which may seem weird to you, but that is for his records and he knows what he's saying. Some people complain about wait time but its just like anywhere else some days are great and some not so great but you will get seen in a timely fashion. A +

Dr. Gasalberti is a great and caring doctor. The staff at Pain Solutions are very competent and caring individuals. Would highly recommend him to people.

My experience with Dr. Gasalberti is that he is a phenomenal doctor he cares about his patients and he is very interested in ithere Health. He is a professional who knows exactly what he's doing. I would recommend Dr. Gasaburti to anyone who is having back or Knee problems. He is the kind of doctor that makes you feel comfortable about every procedure that he does and explains it to you. I would rate Dr. Gasalberti from a 1 to 10 He is a 20.

As a Patient of many years I find him to be Highly Professional and Trustworthy. Epidurals are Always on Target and have provided great relief, wd Not Trust my Back Pain to any other Doc. Bless You Dr. G .

Run away if you can. This place is like a puppy mill. Overscheduling is the norm. Waiting times are outrageous. To speak with the Doctor you have to make an appointment.Of course he charges your insurance for that. He has other facilities so he is spread thin and his staff is always in a state of frenzy. There is virtually no hands on rehab.It seems that most patients get similar "stim" work. I believe patients who opt for shots are fooling themselves and it's a coverup for failure.

Amazing Doctor! would recommend people to have a day with him

The most horrible the doctors office experience I have ever had . I was given a 10 AM appointment and wasn't seen until 4 PM. The crazy doctor burst into the room mumbling gibberish and spends all of about two minutes diagnosing. The physical therapists are horrible I went in with my back and a total spasm and they did nothing but put ice on my back for 10 minutes . Then when I could barely walk out of the office one laughed and said I might need a walker . STAY AWAY FROM THIS SWEATSHOP!!!!!

It was a horrible experience. My first appointment was scheduled for 5:30pm, However I did not see the doctor until after 8:00pm. When Dr. Gasalberti finally made it into the appointment he was so rushed and flustered that I had no idea what he was saying or diagnosing. He wrote me 5 prescriptions, which he did not even explain, they front desk secretary told me what they were for. Overall, I left the office feeling more confused and upset than when I entered. I would never go there again
