Dr. Richard J Fowl

Dr. Fowl is the best,most considerate Dr. a patient could ever hope for. He treated my husband a few years ago. He is the best at the Mayo hospital.

Full disclosure, I am a surgeon and I traveled thousands of miles to have my surgery by this gifted surgeon and his dedicated team.
