After my masectomy Dr. Fix put in the wrong size implant that does not match my other breast. I am going to have to have my surgery redone in order to have a correct size implant put in so my breast sizes are the same. Presently they are significantly off! It will NOT be him doing this or any other surgery on me ever!

I am going to have to have another surgery because he did NOT correctly match my left implant to my right one! I have two totally different size breast and have to hide breasts with loose clothes! It will NOT be him correcting this since I have no trust in him!

He does not participate in "aesthetic flat closure" technique recognized by the National Cancer Institute. All plastic surgeons should be willing to provide breast cancer patients with what they want, even if it does not include breast reconstruction. There are insurance coding options although I was told I would have to pay out of pocket for him to participate in my upcoming bilateral mastectomy. To get a really nice, flat, and finished outcome the skill of a plastic surgeon would likely be required. I was very disappointed in my interaction with Dr.Fix.

Dr. Fix needs to retire.. I’ve NEVER had such a horrible experience with a doctor EVER!! His non compassion was so obvious. He’s a joke!! I even drove all the way from NW Florida.. trust me!! Don’t waste your time with this doctor!!

Dr fix is the nicest , professional doctor I have ever met. I am very satisfied with both procedures that he have done for me . Thanks

Have had 3 surgeries, my daughter one and I have had excellent results. Plus, Dr Fix made me feel safe, in control and cared for.

Dr Fix is a very compassionate man, I had a few issues with the way my breast looked after several surgeries, he understood my concern and tries to make me happy. He's very professional at what he does and he cares about his patients. ????

Dr Fix? What a joke!! I wouldn't recommend him to cosmetically paint my toenails much less operate under his knife. After having survived breast Cancer after mastectomy, chemo, and radiation and beginning to undergo the reconstruction that I chose to do, this man was the least most pleasant, most self righteous incompetent sorry excuse for a doctor, much less surgeon, I've ever met. Not only is his bedside manner terrible, his attempt to reconstruct has left me with only half of an infected breast with the other having had to be removed from his lack of care and a chopped up back that looks worse than my uneven breasts......and to "fix", he suggests basically starting over and hoping it can be fixed. NO THANKS!!! I'd rather just stay as is. But YOU don't have to. Do not make my same mistake. If you go to UAB, I suggest seeing Dr Denney. Dr Fix? What a joke!!
