I was given excellent care expedited in an orderly and caring fashion. I would definitely refer family and friends for medical care with the knowledge that they will receive the best medical attention available.

I always feel so comfortable with speaking with the doctors.and nurse. They treat you like family and I would (and have) recommend Caroline Care to anyone! Thank you for all you do!

Dr. Ferro is excellent. Friendly and really takes his time to explain everything well and makes you feel welcome and happy to answer any questions you may have. Highly recommend Carolina Care!

I wanted to add, the staff and our license practitioner was the best! I would go there again if the need arose.

It was a little aggravating to make an appointment and took some time but once I was there the staff took great care of me!! A lot of the time issue had to do with the x ray machine having problems.

I’ve used a few different urgent cares in the area over the past 10 years and this is hands down the best place. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and good at what they do. I live near Topsail and drive by numerous other urgent cares on the way to see them. I honestly wish I could use them as my primary doctor.

Great service every time I’m here. All the staff is patient, friendly, and have a genuine concern for my well being.

A few years back after Hurricane Florence. I pinched my left index finger with a 40 ft extension ladder, Dr Ferro was the only Dr I could find who would stich it up. Seven stitches later around the circumference and my finger is fine to this day.

The team was kind & thorough, giving me and my daughters much more than just a COVID test. From reception (I can't remember her name but she had a lovely accent) to treatment and diagnosis with the FNP, we never felt rushed. I'm grateful for this office and will definitely use them again!

Amazing views, the house was clean, spacious and cozy. Perfect spot for our family vacation. The hot tub and pool house were such a cool addition. Deer came right up in the backyard multiple times a day. Highly recommend!

The Nurse Practitioner was amazing!

So thankful!! I was on my trip to South Carolina and my gum was sore and they fixed the problem so I could continue on my trip!! Thank you to all staff and Drs.!!

As an Office Manager of a medical office, I understand that this office is short-staffed, but the level of disorganization went beyond any plausible explanation. The Medical Assistant forgot two times to bring the Tylenol that was ordered by the PA and my mother only received it as we were leaving the office because I asked for it a third time. This same MA also offered no assistance in helping me get my mother, who had a fracture and is a fall risk, up out of the chair to go get her x-ray or even assist her in walking to get the X-ray until I said something (I wasn’t allowed to go with them). Also, the prescription for pain medication that was supposed to be sent to the pharmacy was never sent in and we weren’t notified. When I called the next day to follow up, I was told that we would have to drive back to the office to pick it up because they were having issues with their system and couldn’t send it. We followed up with an orthopedic specialist today and found out the care and instructions given were incorrect. Dr. Richard wasn't who I saw and I'm so mad at myself for not remembering the NPA name. But she was absolutely wonderful. I will be returning when I am not feeling well. Extremely kind and patient.

Staff is very kind and helpful. Wait times are generally short. Extended hours allow them to accommodate all schedules and needs. Definitely recommend.

The entire staff of this office is very friendly and welcoming. Everyone seems genuinely interested in getting a full picture of your medical needs by being very thorough at each stage. This is definitely not a health care "mill" but rather an old school approach the quality care with modern equipment and knowledge. I feel like they consider many possible ideas and don't my jump to conclusions. They usually give me hand written directions going forward so I can remember what to take when and for how long. While that usually appears on the pharmacy label, it's really nice to be able to double check behind the pharmacy that I got exactly what my doctor wants prescribed and as directed. It can also be overwhelming when you aren't feeling well and get several prescriptions to remember everything they recommend. The cheat sheat helps! They are also very cost conscious and will frequently talk to me about options and about lower cost options that may work as well. They make sure I have whatever coupons for discounts for presciptions that they may have on hand. The lab costs for the lab they use are incredibly reasonable as well. Very professional, thorough and friendly staff. They took the time to listen and answer any questions I had, I highly recommend them.

Dr. Ferro is a fantastic doctor who really cares about his patients. He takes his time with each one and answers all their questions. When you leave there, you know you got the best medical treatment and advice you could.

My wife an I visited the office for a Covid test. the initial with was very flustrating especially sense there was very few other patients, but all ended well and we received our test results via phone call in a couple of days.

Aside from being greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable receptionist who sounds like Nicole Kidman Dr. Ferro Has been a tremendous help with all his sports knowledge, ,in getting me back into action.. Tanya, the NP is great, so carolina care has become my favorite new primary.

Extremely happy with my treatment medically and personally. Dr. Ferro and entire staff were thorough and cordial and I plan on using this practice for all of my medical needs!
