Dr. Richard Charles Feldstein

Dr. Feldstein is perhaps the nicest doctor you could possibly find. However, when your office staff NEVER answers the phone, that is a big problem. Because of their not answering, I have been forced to find another doctor.

I had two procedures done by Dr. Feldstein. One in his office in March 2021 and the other procedure was done at the Surgi Center down the street from his office in October 2021. It took 4 phone calls and an in-person visit to get a copy of my results for the first procedure. For the Surgi Center procedure I was hit with a $1000 copay to have the procedure at that facility (not my choice) and then a month after the procedure I was hit with another $2450 copay which was for his office. I wish this would have been explained to me prior to having this procedure as I would not have had it done. Also, I had to go in person again to get a copy of my results 4 weeks later as Dr. Feldstein never even called me back with my results. This office is horrible. Don't waste your money. Go somewhere else.

There are no words that accurately describe how bad this doctor is. He is uncaring, disrespectful, and most unprofessional. One star rating is one too much. I had a telephone discussion with this doctor regarding my gastric problem. He recommended a test which I did. We scheduled a Telehealth visit to discuss the results and the next course of action, but he never called. I waited several weeks and called his office to speak with the office manager. She had no excuse and said she would remind him, and he will call me. He never did. He never gave me the results of this expensive test. I consider him an embarrassment to the profession. Stay away, anyone will be better.

Dr Feldstein is a wonderful, capable caring doctor. His office staff is horrible, no one answers the phones. They only call back or deal with things if THEY see fit. So frustrating.

Met Dr. Feldstein at St. Catherines on an emergency basis. He went out of his way to keep me informed about my husband's condition, & checked up on us even when the problem resolved. Answered all my questions & explained all procedures throughly.

Dr. Feldstein came highly recommended by another doctor and he has exceeded the rave reviews he was given. He is thorough, he is kind, he cares and he is invested in your health.

Terrible. No way to contact him. Office staff does not work-- phone= all prompts, then, "Leave a message"-- in other words, "Don't call us, we'll call you" Would never recommend him to anyone. Does procedures and does not notate all anomalies. Horrid ...
