Have been going to Dr Faiola for almost a decade now. The office is very efficiently run and all of the staff have been friendly and professional. Dr Faiola is friendly and open but also had been very thorough and professional.

Too bad they have chosen to not take my medicare insurance and refused to provide me with medical services. Just know if you of medicare age they will send you a letter that vaguely threatens to ask you to find another doctor.

Got scheduled. Looking forward to working with Dr Faiola.

I usually have a very brief wait. Some times I go in with a very specific problem, sometimes not. Sometimes my description is somewhat vague, especially when I am exhausted or feeling particularly bad. On those occasions he is very patient and it takes a while for me to understand his diagnosis, treatment plan, and important information regarding any drugs that he is prescribing. His willingness to spend the time required to inform me is a practice which I value very highly. As a result occasionally my visits take more than the average time. BONUS INFORMATION FOR THIS REASON I: Try to schedule a time when I have no pressing engagements after the visit. Always bring some digital photographs to edit. Try to remember whatever Dr. Faiola wrote on his website about how to be a good patient. Think of what he could do to be a good doctor. Thank my lucky stars that Dr. Faiola accepted me as a patient, and hope that he will continue to do so after reading that last remark.

This is the best Doctor I have ever had. The office staff is courteous and his bedside manner is excellent. He has always found a treatment solution for what ails me. I feel very fortunate to have found this medical practice. Thankyou!

The best doctor I've ever had. I just moved to Olympia a year and a half ago and had a bad experience with one doctor before I found Faiola. I am beyond thrilled. He always makes me feel good when I come out of the office. He is extremely knowledgeable; he keeps up on all the latest research. I am sure that he will not prescribe unnecessary drugs or treatments, but he has referred me to specialists when necessary. As a former health care professional and one who keeps up with medical research, I fully trust Dr. Faiola.

Had one appointment with Dr Faiola for a physical for an FAA Basic Med certificate and found to be thorough and detailed in his examination.

Made an appointment and obviously the Anti-Obamacare agenda of this office takes precedence over care of patients. Very disturbing. Avoid like the plague.

Considerate of your feelings in the type of treatment received. Takes your concerns into account. Is also up to date on new options for treatments available.

In 23 years, he is the only doctor who accurately diagnosed my daughter's rare blood disorder. We finally have answers.

I love this place. Have been with them for almost seven years. Always attentive, professional, and willing to fit us in when needed. After all the years, they're more like family. Whitney is freaking amazing, just love her, and all the front staff are great. I highly recommend.

Best family practice with in 100 miles. Doctors are amazing, Staff is the best. Coming from a patient who has a very large care team from UW, Swedish, HV, and plenty of specialty doctors for MS. HFM is always on my team.

We've been here for years and wouldn't change it. Lacy and Whitney rock! Dr Stafford is truly the best! She is guiding me toward my best health and wellness in my life. And my daughters love and trust her too. If for some reason we need an appointment when she is unavailable we've had occasion to see Betsy and Dr Faiola and they are great. Doctor Faiola is the best doctor I've ever had. He knows the true meaning of family doctor and he is not contracted with pill pushing companies who pay off doctors for prescribing their medication.
