I had to fight to have him review my MRI. When he finally did he told me he would refer me to pain management. After spending the holiday weekend in bed and in pain I called back only to be told it could be a month and a half before anyone helps me. When I told them that I was in considerable discomfort, the lady told me I was not special and that she had a lot of work ahead of me that she had to do first. Do not see this doctor or Watagua Orthopedic if you are in pain and need help.

Dr. Duncan truly cares about you as a patient. He is very thorough and very knowledgeable in what he does. I’m so pleased he is my doctor!!!

He explained everything in detail about my lower back issues using the X-ray copy. I believe he is very capable to solve problems when it doesn’t seem that easy.

Very informative and answered all my questions. Hip injection was painless and over quickly.

He was busy I get it, but went home and read my notes and NOTHING in my notes was "discussed" like he stated.

Dr. Duncan has been a wonderful and caring physician throughout my problems with cervical disc issues. He did a thorough examination and ordered all the appropriate investigations. He reviewed the MRI and other findings with me and discussed options. I have done my best to follow his advice on lifestyle and activities and fortunately I have seen significant improvement. He told me in my case there was an 80% chance I would not need surgery and it looks like he was absolutely right. I would highly recommend him and the rest of his office staff. I never had to wait very long. Appointments were on time. The office staff always had a smile and were helpful!

He is absolutely wonderful addressed my issues. He did my surgery a year ago and was wonderful then also.

Absolutely horrible, he had me in his office after a referral to him, and charged me $75 to tell me there’s nothing he could do for me, I was literally with him for 2 minutes or less and had to pay $75, so basically threw $75 in the trash cause obviously he needed the money worse than we did, I’d be ashamed of myself to charge somebody $75 and just dismiss them immediately and not offer any type of refund.

It was okay. I didn’t feel heard/seen while talking to the Dr. There was a lot of instances where I would say something and his responses would just feel like talking to someone who only heard half of what you’re saying. His final suggestion was the same as I have gotten from my family Dr before he sent me to the specialist, so that also made it feel like a wasted visit.

Dr. Duncan is a caring physician that wants to help people feel better. He has helped me several different times and I will keep going to him for all my back and neck problems and shoulder.

Dr. Duncan is an excellent surgeon. Unfortunately my back can't be helped by surgery anymore due to genetics. He always provides top of the line care and tells you what can or can't be done. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.

Dr. Duncan is the BEST. I am 97 and hard of hearing but was given kind and gentle care and "talked to". Until you are old you have no idea how often we are considered stupi . Dr. Duncan made my heart sing !

I could not be more satisfied with Dr Duncan. I have been going to multiple providers and locations for about 2 years and wasn't able to get as clear of an answer as Dr Duncan gave on my first visit to him after him reviewing notes and images from prior providers. He took the time to show me everything as to why he thought what he did and made a clear path decision on goals and what to do from here, as well as treatment of course that can be planned. Definitely recommend and will go back, excellent!

In this day and time it has become very rare to have a visit to a physician office that is a total positive experience. This was a total positive experience for me! Dr Duncan is very professional, concise and knowledgable. He also utilizes his time well, explaining things in very understandable and plain language and then providing online material for use and study post visit with very good videos regarding procedures discussed during the visit. In addition, the office is very well run and visit is streamlined well with minimal waiting whether it be in the waiting room, for xray or for Dr to come to room. All office staff were very professional and pleasant. THANK YOU for providing an excellent example for others to follow if only they all would!

He never seems to be in a hurry to get to the next patient, as some doctors do but makes sure I know I have the necessary time to ask questions and receive answers.
