Dr. Derner operated on my wife two weeks ago..Great experience .. Great performance , Great personality.

Dr. Richard Derner is the best ankle specialist/ surgeon out there. I've had 3 surgeries with him for varying degrees of ankle dysfunction and you can barely tell I've had surgery. His PA Sarah is awesomeness and the staff and other doctors in the practice are great. Always a good experience.

Dr Derner was able to repair a previous surgery that has allowed my husband to be able to walk. What more could anyone ask for from their doctor! He is wonderful.

Wonderful! Everyone is really friendly and helpful. They explain everything that they’re doing or will do. Dr.Derner is great! He went over everything in detail so I didn’t feel in the dark about my procedure. Dayana and Brian are incredibly wonderful. They went above and beyond to help me every step(or limp) of the way! They really tried (and succeeded with flying colors)to make sure you’re comfortable at every visit. I can’t thank them enough. This facility has the best staff and really do try to make this experience as painless as possible. If you have to have a procedure done, this is the place to do. Love it here!! Wonderful! Had ankle replacement surgery on 5/3/2017. Three (3) months later I walking around our National Mall. After a short while, I glanced at my walking app on my phone and couldn't believe what I saw... I had walked 4 hours 27 minutes and a total of 17.7 miles!! Since 1975 when I fractured my ankle in 3 places, I was unable to walk for more than 5-10 minutes without suffering excruciating pain. Thanks to Dr. Derner, I can now walk more than 1 1/2 miles daily and I'm completely pain free if or the first time in over 42 miserably painful years!! Thank you Dr. Derner, you're the best!!

Dr. Derner was exactly what I needed to get up and walking on my fractured Charcot Foot.

Had a complex re-do of what a precious Orthopedic Surgeon attempted years prior. He was confident, provided spot on care and I’m better than before! Dr Derner is excellent and I’ve already recommended him to family and friends!

Great doc! Knows his stuff and is very personable. Only downside is the long waits to see him.

Dr. Server performed reconstructive foot surgery On my left foot. He's the best around and highly recommended. Great personality!

Extremely friendly doctor and office staff ... been a patient for years now. Used to would have HIGHLY recommended Dr Derner but unfortunately he is so popular that his available time with each patient is way too short ... patients are now waiting 1-2 hours past their appointment time due to double-triple bookings and then the patient gets about 4-6 minutes of the doctor's time. Short time resulted in my not getting answers to problems I surfaced about my ankle. Extremely frustrating!!!
