I found Dr, Chessler to be a very interested doctor. He is a great diagnostician and puts the patient first. I find him knowledgeable about my entire health status so that he is always knowledgeable about me.

Dr. Chessler is an extraordinary doctor and person. He possesses qualities in a doctor that are hard to find these days - expertise and compassion. I’ve suffered from severe ulcerative colitis for 20 years and because of him I’m in remission. He was there with knowledge, understanding and comfort through every test and medication trial. He changed my quality of life. Highly recommend!

I saw Dr. Chessler this past December for stomach pain and bloating. He was kind and very knowledgeable. Upon some tests, I was scoped and he was able to identify the problem. I am much better now and very thankful for Dr. Chessler’s care.

I met with Dr. Chessler concerning a continual nausea problem in my throat. He suggested an Endoscopy, his specialty, to rule out any esophageal problem. It did. Determined to find the cause, Dr. C ordered a 4 mg oral medication, but to no avail. Being persistent he doubled up to 8 mg. EUREKA! In five days the nausea subsided. Dr. C is pro-active, with his patients best interest at heart. The entire family reserved ocean cruise was saved. Thank you so very much Dr. Chessler. Joan Klein-9/20/18

I visited Dr Chessler in Nov of 2017 and had a poor experience. He ordered unnecessary tests without my knowledge. I ended up having to pay large co-pay fees for tests that he never discussed with me first. A simple discussion regarding my patient history would have helped him realize that these expensive tests were unnecessary. Furthermore, when I returned to his office to request a printout of my test results, they did not ask for my ID. Anyone could have walked out with my medical records.

The most caring and compassionate doctor. He goes above and beyond to insure you are taken care of throughly.

I've been a patient of Dr. Chessler's for 20 years. His care is outstanding and I know I'm in good hands with him. His compassion, patience and expertise give me great comfort. I've recommended him to family and friends and they've all had positive experiences with him too.

The first time I went to see Dr. Chessler a couple of years ago he was friendly, thorough, patient and asked all the right questions. The second time last week, he seemed rather cursory in his manner though he did suggest some diagnostic tests. Maybe it was a bad day but I think his bedside manner is not what it used to be.
