I was referred to Dr. Chern by a friend. In my opinion, Dr. Chern is excellent. I wish I could give him 10 stars. I was looking forward to my next appointment with him, because I wanted to let him know that the service he provided surpassed my expectations. I have seen other doctors for the same service. And he has perfected his skills. Also, he is 1/3 of the price that the other doctors charge. And he does it way better. This is a very fair doctor, who does his research, and cares about his patients, to deliver quality Services. I would highly recommend Dr. Chern to anyone that is seeking out any of his specialties. So, I would like to say thank you Dr. Chern for giving a damn and for doing your profession, so well. It is a pleasure and I am honored to be one of your patients. OK, Dr. Chern may I have a discount now. Just kidding folks. ???????????? I would never do a review for anyone, just to get a discount. I cannot be bought. Or I would be rolling in it. Ha ha. Dr. Ricard Chern is the best doctor I have ever been too, that's saying a lot I am almost 50 ..he genuinely cares for his patients, takes the time to get to know you and I even go for advice lol...You rock Doc Chern!

Dr. Richard Chern and his team are an amazing group of people! When I came to them, my hormones were a total wreck. Under their care, I feel better than I have felt in many years! I don’t have a negative thing to say about Dr. Chern‘s office, including himself and his whole staff. You feel welcomed as soon as you come in the door, till the time you leave.

Dr. Churn and Dr. Sue Griffin, both have amazing bedside manner and are very compassionate and always willing to listen to you even if you’re talking about something that is not pertaining to your appointment. I should be the poster child for this practice. I have been a resident in the area for 10 years and have struggled to find a practice that would take hormone and thyroid panels beyond a black and white interpretation of my results being within a reference range. By also taking into account my symptoms, Sue has changed the quality of my life completely around for the better. I have been experiencing hormone issues for 12 years. I have gone through 5 different doctors. Dr. Chern is the 1st one to express an understanding of hormones and took the time to explain in a way thayade sense. Within two days of treatment I was feeling so much better and finally able to have relief.

Oh my heavenly days! I'm their poster child! Lol! I was so hesitant to get the pellet but I'll never have it any other way! I didn't feel a thing when it was implanted. BUT... what I DO feel is fantastic! Dr Chern and his staff are so wonderful and patient and caring.

Very informative and takes the time to understand your story and needs. Staff is friendly, helpful and goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Office and exam rooms are clean, welcoming and comfortable.

The Best! I’ve much experience in fillers and Botox. I was going to the plastic surgens center near by.. and they are ok. But Dr Chern is “The Best” especially for my smile lines, filler! Wow. I saw a neighbor after she went to him, and I immediately made my apt. with him and it’s just so good. He’s has talent! I wouldn’t take my precious time to write this if I wasn’t blown away. Dr. Chern is the best doctor I have ever had. He makes every patient like they are the only one he has. Ive never waited for more than say 15 to 20 minutes..Best practice in the area. If you are sick, this is your doctor.

5 stars is not enough for this doctor! I have had autoimmune thyroid disease for over 20 years. I am also postmenopausal suffering from insomnia and hot flashes. I am so very thrilled and grateful to have found Dr. Chern. I was at my last rope trying to find a doctor who has knowledge of the thryoid and bioidentical hormones since my local doctor moved to Atlanta. He was the last hope I had before I ended up on synthetics for my thyroid and no treatment for my hot flashes and insomnia. I left feeling completely understood as a patient, not just a lab result and educated on what I needed and why. I've been to so many doctors but Dr. Chern is the first doctor to have answers for things like recurrent miscarriages, depression etc...that I have suffered with. Not only that, I left with encouraging treatment that I feel good about, as I have avoided psychotropic drugs/prescription sleep pills like the plague. I've always utilized dietary/lifestyle treatments which helped but I needed more. Unfortunately, one doesn't know what one doesn't know. NOW I DO! Dr. Chern has a wonderful ability to explain things that the non-medically educated can easily understand. We moved recently from a northern state to Santa Rosa Beach. Years ago we discovered Bio Identical hormones and experienced the many benefits. Living in a larger City area had given us a choice of very capable doctors who specialized in this field. Needless to say, we were concerned that we could find a resource in the Emerald Coast that would be as qualified. Initially we were concerned until we found Dr Chern and his wife Amanda who assists him in the practice. Besides his vast experience and expertise in this field, both he and his wife listen carefully, show empathy, and take whatever time is needed on the initial visit to build your trust in them. Clean organized office, prompt scheduling. He spent one hour on the initial consultation giving us a whiteboard explanation which our Northern doctors never bothered to do. We feel extremely well cared for and would recommend them to everyone seeking this level personalized attention and care. You will have a pleasant experience!

I am a 57 year old Male that has been in a major battle with RA and Hashimotos for many years and have been treated like one of those mice they use for experimental drugs. I finally gave up and just went to narcotics to mask the pain until a friend told me about Dr. Chern. After 6 weeks I feel better than I have in 10 years and feel like living again. I am very active and young Doc has fixed me up to where I look forward to golfing , fishing and other fine activities we all enjoy. He is a great guy and will take the time to listen instead of just being a 7 and a half minute insurance visit that most docs have to abide by to meet their quotas. If you are fighting addiction or have hormone imbalance please see this doc as he will make life better for you.

Dr. R. Chern has been my "Rock"......helping me to maintain my busy life, and to "go on".....I am very appreciative for his wonderful help.

Dr. Chern and his staff are absolutely wonderful. Kind, compassionate and truly caring. I get the Bio-Identical pellets from him and he is fast and painless. After being diagnosed with Hasinoto's I have not been feeling well. Other doctors would not hibe me an accurate dose of thryoid meds and Dr. Chern took the time to explain how the thyroid works and is graciously helping me get to the correct dosage. Dr. Chern is an amazing doctor. One of the best that I've ever had the pleasure to meet. He is kind, intelligent, and very understanding. I would recommend him to anyone who is need of his assistance and from what I understand he has a wide range of expertise. All that being said it is his operations manager, Amanda, that makes the place go. She is extremely accommodating and will work to make sure that you have everything you need. Whether you need a refill called in or an appointment changed she is always there to help. If ever I need her she always returns my call even if she is away from the office. If I could leave more stars I would. Dr. Chern is the most caring, prudent, attentive doctor I have ever met. Not only is he an amazing doctor he is a wonderful person as well. Those traits shine through his work. Dr. Chern takes the time to not just hear a patient but to actively listen to them. I wish there were more physicians like him. Top notch doctor with wide ranging expertise. One of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. He is caring, understanding, and he really knows his stuff. His staff is great also. Amanda(the office manager) is very accommodating. I would recommend his practice to anyone who is in need of his services.

I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Chern and his assistant/wife Amanda. I'm always so excited to see them both. I love the fact that they both go above and beyond for their patients and genuinely care for them. I wish he was a primary doctor so I could see them for everything! I just love everything about them! The level of trust I have in his decisions is huge!

For years I have fought with my body. Every doctor I spoke to did their best, but they never solved the problem. They were treating symptoms not the root cause. Half my life I walked around feeling like it must just be me. It wasn't until I went to see Dr.Chern and he asked me to dig deeper and get more blood work done that I realized it really could be something more. From there he not only solved my problem, he used that as opportunity to teach me. He taught me about my body, why my blood work said what it said, how all of the different points interacted, and how we were going to fix it. I have been working with him and following my new protocol for a month and half. It's working, I feel better, I sleep better, it's easier to get up in the morning, and my weight is coming off. Dr. Chern and staff are truly patient-centered and take the time to really listen. Doctor visits these days can feel so impersonal... But Dr. Chern treats the whole person, and follows up with the labs to ensure the treatment is actually working in my body. Not sure I've ever felt so confident in a medical practice...Really great experience; would be happy to refer anyone to him!

Dr. Chern is the best in his field. I have proven results. You must follow his instructions. It's not a magic pill treatment. You can't continue to shove junk food down and expect to get healthy. My wife has really, enjoyed the added benefits, over, and over again!

Dr Chern literally saved my life! He listens, and treats every patient w/o respect, unlike my past providers. Him, and his wonderful staff, go above and beyond, every visit!!

Dr Chern's receptionist is the best. She's got a great personality, very friendly, and seems to remember everything about you and your family (good looking too). Dr Chern actually sits and listens to you until you're done talking. It seems like everyone else is just trying to get out of the room. I was so tired of leaving the doctor thinking about all stuff I forgot to ask. Now I feel better than ever, and I never leave the office confused. There's not a better doc here in the panhandle!!
