Richard William Chen

I would occasionally run into him when visiting the Urgent Care Clinic in Fernley when i lived there and every time i had him as my doctor, i was always very pleased. He takes the time to listen to you and find out whats going on with you. What i like most about him is that he doesn’t have the pretentious uppity, know it all attitudes that way too many docs have these days. He seems to have a natural love for learning and actually discusses the best treatment options that feel right to you and for you. I would love to have him as my primary care but unfortunately, he only does ER or Urgent Care at the moment. He’s a very kind and caring doctor and i will continue to strive to have him as my primary care, hoping that one day he might do that instead of Urgent Care.

I had occasion to visit Urgent Care in Fernley, and had excellent care from Dr. Chen. He was straightforward with his expert opinions and treatment. He was thorough, and chose not to leave anything to chance. My kind of MD. Would go back to him.

Saw dr Chen last night in urgent care & was very pleased with his professionalism & answering my questions. He gave me a good suggestion in dealing with my ailment given my preconditioning problem. I liked his disposition; no fuss, no muss. Highly recommend!
