Dr. Chaffoo is GREAT! He truly is amazing at what he does and a complete artist! I went to him wanting a better profile since I have always been self conscious of my nose. He understood completely what i wanted and every appointment went so smoothly and perfect. Olivia is so sweet and caring and all his team are such high end professionals. I am 1 week post my rhinoplasty and i already love my new nose so much. And it will only get better! I have some normal swelling but i truly did not bruise as much as i was expecting to! So happy with results after getting coolsculpting. I researched the procedure, and realized quickly that it was right for me since I wanted something non-invasive so I scheduled an appointment for a consultation. I will say had low expectations from the beginning, and was a bit nervous, but as soon as I met Robert he took all those fears away with his knowledge. I recently had a lipoma removed from my arm by Dr. Chaffoo. I was concerned about the scar due to the size of the lipoma. He insured me that he would be able to make a small incision and pop it out. I was really nervous and had lived with this for a long time due to the fear of having an ugly scar. Dr. Chaffoo and his staff made be feel at ease during the procedure. It only took 15 minutes and I felt no pain. Dr. Chaffoo went the extra mile and closed my incision using subdermal sutures which made for a very clean scar that was much smaller than I expected. So I was one of his transgenderd patients, since his website did claim to be transgendered friendly. The first thing I would say is his staff the lady who gave me the anesthesia before surgery had to place the needle for the IV in me 3 times because she couldn’t find the veine, not to mention she referred to me as my legal name on paper when I made it clear the name I preferred to go by, that was my experience with just the staff. Himself as a doctor probably does better work on cisgendered women. I paid almost 7,000 dollars in cash , to get sailine implants half the size I originally wanted, not even silicone. And when I woke up from Anastasia it was even a bit smaller then what I was told prier to surgery. I had major complications during recovery, my left breast hurt so bad I could barley move for the first week, and maybe that’s just my body but everyone heals differently. But besides that I was completely swollen , and bruised severly bad black and blue and yellow under my left breast for about a month. A few months later I could feel the left breast a lot harder then other one and not dropping as proportionate, came to find out I have a minor Capsular contracture. For those of you who don’t know what that is it’s wear the muscle, starts to harden over the implant and becomes smaller and harder overtime. It’s been about two years since I’ve had surgery and it’s progressivley getting worse. I’d say about 8 months after surgery I went into the office to see what I could do and they tried to prescribe me a asthmatic medication which cost nearly 300 and something dollars, which at the time me and many other people could not afford. Honestly I can say the placement of my breast implants are decent, a little further apart then what I would have liked, that’s about the nicest thing I can say about the surgery itself. but I have not been contacted from the surgery center since then. My capsulary is a very big insecurity of mine and it effects me in many different ways, when I sleep , when I Work out, It makes me just feel all around terrible about myself at times and it sucks that this had to happen to me, I don’t see any other stories of this happening to anyone else on here.. all I can say is watch who you choose to do your surgery and make sure you do a lot of research for the doctor best fit for you and your body type! This is something I have to live with for a while due to the fact I don’t have enough money to go off and get another surgery!! Earlier this year I finally decided to have a lower face and neck lift performed so that I would not start resembling my English Bulldog :) I consulted with seven different surgeons and researched all diligently. Due to the type of work I do, it was crucial that the results looked natural and that I did not look "worked on." I chose Dr. Chaffoo for several reasons. His qualifications, training, and experience are beyond reproach, which was the very first aspect I considered. Starting with the very first appointment, his staff consistently impressed me with their professional, yet personable attitude. I felt comfortable, heard, and respected at every appointment. Nancy, in particular, is amazing. She is skilled, knowledgable, and very kind. Dr. Chaffoo listened to every concern, question, and wish that I voiced prior to my procedure, and patiently answered all questions. In addition, Dr. Chaffoo brought up the fact that I had lost significant volume under my cheekbones over the years, giving me a hollowed appearance. I was surprised because I had hoped the other surgeons I consulted would address this issue, yet none of them did. When Dr. Chaffoo did, I knew that he was invested in the best outcome possible and aimed for the best results possible. At my pre-op appointment, I also addressed my concern with a previous rhinoplasty I had approximately twenty years ago and inquired about a revision. Dr. Chaffoo assured me that he could make a significant improvement in the appearance of my nose but did not pressure or try and talk me into the procedure, however, I chose to have it done along with the lift. Fast forward to today, I am absolutely thrilled with the results of the lift. The jowls and lines are gone and I am stunned with the overall change and improvement. My face and neck look refreshed, rejuvenated, and ten years younger. The fat transfer under my cheekbones completely eliminated the hollows and "tired look." The rhinoplasty revision, which had been "an afterthought" on my part, turned out to be much more complicated according to Dr. Chaffoo, due to structural and tissue changes that had occurred over the years, as well as the fact that the prior surgeon was clearly less skilled. The revision took much longer than anticipated and I was told that Dr. Chaffoo continued to operate until he was completely satisfied. I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome and for the very first time in my life, feel completely comfortable with the appearance of my nose. There has been a minor complication with scar tissue that Dr. Chaffoo continues to address and revise and I am so grateful and impressed with his willingness to do so. It is no exaggeration to say that every time I look in the mirror now, it brings a smile to my face. Dr. Chaffoo is an amazing plastic surgeon! I had two surgeries with him so far. The first was for breast augmentation. My main concern after having my son was that I needed more volume and a lift. The results are better than when I started!! My second procedure was for rhinoplasty. I felt my nose needed to be a bit smaller but also still fits my face and is natural looking. BEST OF THE BEST! I was referred to Dr. Chafoo by my primary Doctor, due to some complications with my surgery. These complications created the most painful week of my life. Dr. Chafoo took the time to listen to my issues and figured out what was causing me so much pain. He was gracious, approachable and very likeable. His staff even contacted me the next day to see how I was doing. Finally, because he wasn't the Doctor that performed the original surgery, he did this all gratis, as a favor to the originating Doctor. While I'm giving him 5 stars, I think that this is a serious understatement to how amazing he is. Bedside manner: 5 stars. Effectiveness: 5 stars. Communication: 5 stars. Follow up: 5 stars. I meet with Dr. Chaffoo last year September 2017 after having seen 4 other plastic surgeons to help with my capsular contracture. All the previous Doctors gave me little or no hope that it could be fixed and not recur. Dr. Chaffooo was the only one that was extremely optimistic and felt very confident he could fix my problem. After the first visit I felt so comfortable and confident with him that when I got home I scheduled the surgery. Happy to say that almost 3 months post op every thing is going well. Terrible experience in every way

BEWARE!!! I received cool sculpting here from Robert, who supposedly has worked for cool sculpting themselves prior to working under Dr. Stuart. I received my first treatment in 2016. After seeing no results from Robert, I received a second treatment a few months later. Following my second treatment I had a huge rectangular shaped mark on my lower abdominal area clearly due to being burnt!!! I contacted Robert and I was told that it will go away in a month or so, and here I am 7 months later with the exact same scar. After contacting Robert numerous times, he told me that I signed a consent form and that there is nothing I can do, except wait and hope it disappears. I am absolutely embarrassed by the permanent scarring. It is very noticeable and I cannot where anything at all that shows my stomach!!! Every time I look at myself in a mirror i am reminded of this hideous scar. Not one person from the clinic has called me out of concern, not even Dr. Stuart who is in-charge of the clinic. I have always been able to loose weight with exercise and a healthy diet......until my early 40's hit! He was knowledgeable on the procedure and really prepared me for what to expect during and after the procedure. During the procedure Robert checked on me regularly to make sure I was comfortable. I was there for 2 hours but the room had a big screen TV and had Netflix connected and the procedure as comfortable as it could be. I was in great hands with Robert. From the moment I meant Dr. Chaffoo he was pleasent to be in the room with and made me feel comfortable. Let's start with booking an initial appointment for a consultation for a rhinoplasty (complimentary I may add) It was either Laura or Jennifer and both were kind and gave me the next time available. When I arrived at the office I was happy with the directions that was given to me and made finding the place super easy . The office is very inviting, clean and I couldn't resist the upistachio/red color tones that made it feel warm and relaxing. Front girls as I mentioned Jennifer with her soft spoken voice handed me paper work and than inner Tracy. Tracy is an awesome middleman as id like to refer to her as between the doctor and I. She was easy to get in touch with and answered all my questions about pricing, financing, date that I wanted for the procedure. I new when I walked in that I wouldn't need to go to anywhere else to have my first plastic surgery at 32. Dr. Chaffoo was very thorough with what the procedure will be like and took some before and after photos. He made me feel like I was his family and that he was going to make me feel more beautiful on the outside as he thought I was in the inside. He knew what would look good for me and knew what my concerns were I felt with out saying them. At my pre -op I met Nancy the nurse and she made me feel like I was not going to just be another patient but another daughter that she's adopted for the next few months. Nancy took very well care of me before surgery and advised me on what to do to prepare and after she continued to take good care of me. When I didn't feel so well the day after surgery she made sure to pamper me and clean my nose and softly touch me to remind me I'm in good hands. Dr. Chaffoo came and Cheched on me as well. Lastly, when I made my post surgery appointment Jennifer and Laura always tried their best to give me the most accommodating time slot since I drive an hour to see him and didn't want to hit traffic and had to be able to have time to drop my kids off at school. Dr. Chafoo is absolutely wonderful! Dr. Chaffoo and his staff are so friendly and extremely professional. I can't even put into words how happy I am with the results. I never once felt like I was being sold on getting surgery and the outcome looks AMAZING!

Choosing a plastic surgeon is a very personal decision and there are many factors in play, and while Dr. Chaffoo may have a wealth of experience, I felt some very important information was omitted during the consultation process. After meeting with a number of different physicians (and being in medicine myself), I felt that his process was too rushed and it was more of a sales pitch than a personalized medical consultation. He did not discuss the variety of implant options or the potential side effects of an elective procedure. I have seen his work on non- cosmetic procedures and was impressed but I feel that cosmetic surgery requires both skill, compassion and a great deal of trust. Making the decision to finally get the rhinoplasty I had wanted since I could remember was made easier the moment I walked into this office and sat down with my incredible surgeon, Dr. Richard Chaffoo. With so many local surgeons to choose from, what it came down to when making my final decision was who made me feel the most comfortable and secure, which left no question in my mind that this was right exactly where I needed to be. Now here I am, three weeks post operation, trying to contain the overwhelming joy and emotions I feel at how perfect my surgery turned out! I just left a follow up appointment where Dr. Chaffoo happily let me know that my new shnoz was healing up beautifully, and showed me a blown up photo of what my nose used to look like. I don't have enough words to describe how happy I am. Dr. Chaffoo is absolutely amazing, as are all the nurses at the office. I had a breast reduction and some liposuction, and I was so nervous what the outcome would be, but damn do I look good! Dr. C is a magician, and meticulous to detail. It's only been 3 weeks (healing is rough), but I can't believe how amazing the results are. Not only are the results great, but the quality of care I have received post-op has been top notch. Everyone in the office is friendly and professional. They have been wonderful helping me heal! I would recommend Dr. Chaffoo and his team to anyone who is looking for great cosmetic surgery results. Does not care for military patients, nor spouses. Request CASH ONLY PATIENTS even for a repair from a accident, not plastic not pretty your self you surgery! Dr. Chaffoo is an artist. I have had several surgeries due to breast cancer. What remained was so scarred. I had no hope. But Dr. Chaffoo through his artistry and expertise was able to create a beautiful breast for me. He and his staff are very loving and caring.

When choosing a doctor for any medical purpose I like to do my homework. I've been to many doctors for different reasons, but never have I met a more genuine Physician. Dr. Chaffoo has excellent bed side manners and didn't try to up sell me. He listened to what I wanted and helped me plan out what was best for me! Dr. Chaffoo is one artistic and amazing physician. I recently had my botox and lips injected by him. I have had these treatments in the past with a different physician and the results were so so. I am a happily married 32 year old with 3 kiddies. I am now 4 weeks post op from a breast lift and augmentation. I could not be any happier!!!!!!!!! I chose Dr. Chaffoo after researching his practice, experience and reviews. The second I walked into the office with my husband I felt welcomed. The staff is so sincere and sweet. Kelsey and Emily are so sweet and make you feel very important even though I know they have many patients, emails and phone calls to make all day. Nancy is the nurse I worked with during the pre op and sizing decision process as well as post of care. I LOVE her! She is just a doll and made me feel like her family. Now onto Dr. Chaffoo......he is so warm and sincere and listened to all my questions. He knew my goals well. I was referred to Dr. Chaffoo by one of his past clients and a good friend of mine. I was also referred to 3 other plastic surgery centers as well and researched these referred doctors and breast augmentation/ rhinoplasty surgeries in depth for months to prepare myself. Dr. Chaffoo and his staff exceeded all of my expectations starting with the first contact of communication! Dr. Chaffoo is warm, friendly, sincere, and above all, LISTENS to your needs and what you are trying to obtain. He makes you feel very comfortable at your appointment and he also treats you like a human being, not just another number! He takes time meeting with you. I went back 3 additional times to meet with him about my concerns regarding my surgeries prior to my surgery date which was a period of over 8 months (I booked my surgery date very early!). The staff had no problem with me coming in multiple times to meet with Dr. Chaffoo. Their pricing is very fair and if you are looking to do more than 1 surgery at once, you will get a multi-surgery discount. In comparison, they were middle ground but the QUALITY OF SERVICE was key as well. I went with Dr. Chaffoo because the work he did on my friend was amazing and I had the same work done. He is also Triple-Board Certified which is pretty much unheard of in Ca. He is also highly qualified with 35+ years in the industry. My recovery was incredible with minimal pain and I stopped taking pain pills just after 48 hours! I was a little nervous about this at first since I was having two surgeries done at once but in the end, I healed quickly and almost pain-free! I'm a 31 year old mother of 4. I'm very health concientious and have always kept my self in tip top shape. After 4 pregnancies, and nursing, my breasts had shrunk to a AA. No matter how hard I worked out, I obviously couldn't change this! My 13 year old had bigger breasts than me, and the only place that I could find a bra that fit was the CHILDREN'S section. NOT COOL! :) I went to see Dr Chaffoo, and immediately liked him and his staff. They were very welcoming and understanding. I had MANY questions about the size, and type of implant that I wanted. Nancy was great about taking my phone calls and answering my questions without hesitation. I opted for a "natural" look, and I'm very happy with my results. Don't waste your time with this office or its staff. They will try to woo you in and sell you their products then never follow up with answers to the questions you came in with. Plus dont trust the quote they give you - 5 days before my surgery they said 'oopsy' and tried to tell me my bill would be increasing by almost $5000.00. Even after i had a written quote from them - good for 60 days. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

Words cannot describe how delighted I am with my new, younger look! I think that Dr. Chaffoo did an amazing job, and the results are beyond my expectations. I also appreciate his efforts to make my procedure as affordable as possible, to relieve my concerns and to answer my questions.His staff are all wonderful, caring people who worked above and beyond to be supportive and encouraging.I thank and appreciate them all.

Thank you Dr. Chaffoo for the excellent results we've achieved on my recent face lift and blepharoplasty!!Every time I look in the mirror I am reminded of what a smart decision I made to take the plunge to have plastic surgery and to have chosen you as my plastic surgeon! When people ask me why I felt compelled to have these procedures I tell them 'I want to look as good as I feel.' One of the unexpected side benefits has been the improvement in my self confidence. Now that I see a more energetic and youthful appearance looking back at me in the mirror I start my day with a skip in my step from the very beginning of the day.
