My wife was grievously harmed by the extreme negligence of the front office. She has Crohn's, which causes her periodontal issues, and because of this, they agreed to file with her medical insurance, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, this is the only positive aspect of my review. Because of the arrangement listed above, they instructed her to pay her balance on the following visits. My wife is a school teacher and often scheduled her visits very early in the morning. On one visit, she was told that the billing staff wasn't in yet, and she should just pay for the current and former visit at her next visit. She agreed, and when she came in for her next visit they told her "Sorry, canceled your appointment and discharged you from this office for non-payment". Clearly this was an oversight on their end, but instead of apologizing and making it right, they doubled down and blamed my wife as she sat in the lobby and wept. She has spent well into 5 figures at this office, and they kicked her to the curb for $200. Because of this immoral action, my wife was unable to secure another periodontist for almost one year, which caused massive decay and regression in her care. She isn't even 40 yet, and is in danger of losing her teeth because the front office was too proud to admit their mistake. I have been trying to get her to file a lawsuit, or at least leave a bad review, but she is too kind-hearted to do either, so I'm speaking up on her behalf. There is no doubt that the doctors here have well-documented experience, but patient beware - do *not* trust the billing staff. They will lie and cause you great harm without hesitation.

Lots of childhood stress, grinding my teeth. now I need lots of replacement teeth. Dr Cohen is awesome, zero pain after the#4 implant.

They did good work with my perio cleaning. Excellent work with a difficult front implant as well.
