Dr. Richard Alan Brodie

Very insensitive and rude. Canceled my appointment three times before I could finally get in. Wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.

Never seeing Brodie again. This is the second time he’s been rude and obnoxious during my examination. He doesn’t care about the sensitivities of his patients. I’ve struggled with disordered eating my entire life and he was very insensitive regarding my weight, not in an informative/helpful way. Would not recommend him to anyone. He also canceled my appointment 3 times before I could finally get in.

I've been going to Dr Brodie for 10 years. He is smart, responsive and attentive.

I'm so happy they got shut down. Abusive doctor, honestly left me traumatized after what was supposed to be a simple physical exam.

Dr. Brodie has a gentle, caring manner and instills confidence. He is one of my most favorite doctors ever.

This doctor is exceedingly fat-phobic and dismissive of patients. He is old fashioned, lacks knowledge, and practices with a disrespectful and harmful bedside manner. He makes judgements about patients that guide irresponsible medical decisions and puts patients' health at risk. He should be ashamed to be practicing medicine and relating to patients as he does. Great PCP. He listens, asks questions, and gives sound advice. You always leave his office with a plan.

Dr. Brodie has been my PCP for years. Great guy....great doctor

He’s the best. Been seeing him for probably 10 years.

Amazing doctor! his diagnosis are always accurate, he is very thorough and serious in his work and he does it in a very nice and relaxed way.

Dr. Brodie has been my doctor for the past 15+ years and this week, when I visited him for a pre-op I was reminded that I have the best doctor for me. I have a big fear of needles and refused to have my blood test. Dr. Brodie took me down the hall to a lab, signed me in, sat with me until the right phlebotomist was available and sat with me while she drew my blood. Because of his kindness and the conversation that we held during the draw, (for the first time) I did not pass out.

The doctor is good, but the service is bad. They cancel my appointments without any notice. I missed a while morning of work to get to my appointment and discover it was cancelled a while ago. They claimed to have mailed me a letter (a physical letter), and I did get an automatic email notification about my upcoming appointment.

Excellent and very friendly doctor!

The nurses were absolutely fantastic, helpful, and humorous when I came in for an examination. Highly recommend.

Visited Dr. Brodie for a Canadian immigration medical exam. Everyone in the office was very professional and friendly. No issues scheduling the appointment and no waiting upon arrival. The nurse was especially personable. Overall, an excellent office.

I have been a patient of his for more than a decade. I like him as a doctor he is very understanding and sympathetic to my concerns and problems. He treats me well and always has. And as for the receptionist that was a long time coming. But for me he is the best doctor I have ever had. I will not leave him until he retires.

Dr Brodie is great, and it's true the former receptionist was unprofessional and rude, however she's no longer there and now there's a really nice professional front desk staff Dr Brodie has a really nice manner, good sense of humor and is very caring Has been my pcp for years

I'm sorry that any (1) person has ever had anything other than an experience that leaves you with a smile on your face after leaving doctor brodie's office. I have a terrific experience with Doctor Brodie and his receptionist every time that I leave his office. They make me feel safe and are very friendly with me ! ! Dr. Brodie is a great doctor who cares about his patients. Office hours and availability depends on the day, but he's great

The front desk is so unprofessional and rude. She does not even listen to you and keep repeating herself and hang up the phone on you when you are still talking. I kept calling their office for two weeks to ask about the result of my test as I have not heard back from them and the only way to contact him is through his rude receptionist who keep telling me that she will leave a message for Dr and he never came back to me. I ask to meet him and she said she will charge me despite the fact that I already paid them. It is so frustrating dealing with these people. get away from them if you can. Dr Brodie is the best PCP that my family has had ever had. I find him to be very knowledgeable and empathetic. As for the front desk, we have not ever had any issues and found the receptionist to be very helpful and friendly.

Dr. Brodie is my family's PCP for around 20 years. He provides great care to me and my husband, as well as our daughter's family. Dr. Brodie is always attentive and patient. He takes our health problems seriously, evaluates and discusses best approach on road to healing. Exploring issues, he offers valuable advises and refers to the specialists, if needed. I give him 5 stars and highly recommend.

I like Dr. Brodie, I find the front desk staff to be extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, inefficient and generally rude!.
