Richard Brent Bridwell

I saw this doctor for back pain. This doctor did not review my chart, current medications, or allergies. He did not know I had MRI results in the my chart. He barely touch my back and I was wearing a thick fuzzy hoodie pull over on. He did not visually examine my back. This doctor he prescribed me a medication I am allergic to. Worst doctor I have seen. Don’t waste your time. Find a real orthopedic doctor.

I had visit for Neck pain with Dr. Richard Brent Bridwell at Bent Tree Family Physicians at Frisco on 4/15/2019, I had X-rays done on Neck and shoulder. He physical examined my neck, shoulder and joints and asked me of any other pain for which I replied right feet pain he just looked at it. he prescribed Vimovo, cyclobenzaprine, prednisone for 3 months for neck pain itself and its been 1 month no improvement in neck pain. On 5/15/2019 I got a EOB from my insurance stating that this entire visit is not covered due to flat feet (M21.40) diagnosis code which is billed, he billed for Cervicalgia (ICD-723.1) (ICD10-M54.2) Strain of muscle, fascia and tendon at neck level, initial encounter (ICD-847.0) (ICD10-S16.1xxA) Pain in right shoulder (ICD-719.41) (ICD10-M25.511) Strain of other muscles, fascia and tendons at shoulder and upper arm level, right arm, initial encounter (ICD-840.8) (ICD10-S46.811A) Pain in right foot (ICD-729.5) (ICD10-M79.671) Pes planus (ICD-734) (ICD10-M21.40).

I went to see him with major shoulder pain and a week later it is amazing the difference that he made. I would recommend him for all your orthopedic needs.

Excellent ortho physician. Takes time to explain plan of care and listens. Very caring!

Simply the best. The best ortho doctor imo. He is very patient and caring and bedside manner is the best.

Dr. Bridwell was attentive and took his time to explain everything I had questions about. He made me feel comfortable and confident in his plan of care.
