Absolute worst experience with a person in a medical practice I have ever had. I will not refer to him with the title most people use for a person in his position. I am already in contact with patient relations about the treatment I received. Did I mention my privacy rights were violated? No compassion, no common sense.....find someone else for your health care needs. *As of 3/10/23 I have called the Patient Advocate number three times since I was in Braun's office, and have left three messages regarding my experience. I have asked for a call back. So far, there hasn't been a returned call.

Dr. Braun did not answer any of my questions, was rude and condescending. Hands down, one of the worst experience's I've had with a doctor.

You can not tell a person what is wrong without 1st listening and second you need to look at xrays. Don't talk to me until you have done so.

My father, a diabetic patient, was treated with topical antibiotics after a procedure. I wish doctor treated patient more holistically. Since the procedure, my Dad has been fighting for his life for 2 weeks in and out of ICU.

Dr Braun was kind and he did a great job on my surgery! I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly he was.

Really good doctor. Detailed, taking care of patients. Down to earth and easy to talk to. His stuff - I was also really impressed. I needed a surgery to remove ganglion cyst, and a few days after the surgery I went for a follow up and dressing change. The area was very tender, I could not touch it without wincing in pain. They unwrapped the foot, changed the dressing and ... they did not cause ANY pain. NONE. They were supper careful to make sure I was in as little discomfort as possible. So far so good. Considerate, fully explained the needs of the patient as well as the care takers. Felt our family were in the best hands and care.

Was diagnosed with Tendinitis in my foot. It turns out I had a stress fracture and because it wasn't treated properly, I subsequently had to have foot surgery to get rid of the pain. My foot hasn't been the same since. I no longer wear the same size shoe on my right foot and the surgery was way more expensive than if I had been given a boot to wear. Dr Braun would not listen to at all to my complaints that my foot wasn't getting any better. He reached a point where he said there's nothing else I can do for it. I immediately made an apt with another Dr. and they saw it immediately after an MRI upon my first visit. I still get livid just thinking about it!

Lousy. Sad that you have to rate this doctor to submit a complaint.

Made an initial diagnosis and then refused to listen to any additional symptoms I need to talk about. Very rude - wouldn't listen to what I need to tell him.

Had bunion and hammertoe surgery. Everything went better than expected. I highly recommend getting help and not living with pain!

He diagnosed me with Arthritis when I actually had a stress fracture even when he had MRI results when an orthopedic read the same MRI and diagnosed a fracture.

X-Ray and examination--very thorough. Prescribed injection of steroid for plantar fasciitis, taping, icing, orthotic, etc. Much better.

Dr. Braun is so compassionate & so nice. He has an excellent bedside manner, and always listens to the patient. He’s gentle & caring. I would highly recommend Dr.Braun.

I could not ask for better care than I received from Dr Braun. He was very thorough, explaining everything, and answering any questions I had. He was always friendly and courteous, and never rushed thru my appointment. He also has a awesome staff!

Dr. Braun was extremely through when I presented with foot pain. He walked me through proper taping of my heel and stretches to help speed up the process of healing. He took time to answer all of my questions and I have recommended countless people to him since.

Dr. Braun is wonderful !! has taken care of my 90 year old Mother and myself. He uses the least invasive procedure unless surgery is the only way. Friendly and efficient. I would absolutely recommend him to my friends. Most times the wait is minimal!

he left me with no hope of ever being able to walk without pain and did not suggest any other form of treatment. He said quote you have walked 500,000 miles on feet that should only have 75,000 miles on them and there is nothing I can do to help you. He was rude and I left crying and no one offered to help me in the office.
