This man, is God sent, to my family!!!! He is AWESOME!!!! So very soft spoken..calm..and in no rush to cut you off...he saved my child's life and I will be forever grateful!!!

He is a very caring person and great bedside manner. He took the timeout to answer all our questions, very sympathetic in telling us what he saw during the procedure and when we would hear the results.

Dr. Caicedo is the best Pediatric GI specialist in the Charlotte area. He saw my daughter in his clinic while he was making rounds in the hospital ( and not normally scheduled to see patients in the clinic). He went out of his way to fit us into his schedule and put our family's mind at ease. He puts his patients first!

We had an appointment at 3:00 called to say we would be a little late got the OK. Got to the appointment at 3:15 to be informed that we were at the wrong location. They scheduled us in Ballantyne when it was suppose to be uptown. Tried calling could not get hold of anyone. Drove to ballleantye called back got an answer and was told they would not see my child bc it was to late. Also marked us as a no show. This shows so my h compassion as a PEDIATRIC doctor. We will never use this practice again
