I wish I could give them 0 or -5. Lady at the front desk it's very rude. If you care for your health do not go there. Appointment time for them doesn't mean anything.

Very compassionate and caring doctor !

I am a new patient at this practice and I really like Dr. Syed and his NP as well with no complaints. However, I do not like when i come for an office visit the rude front office staff will see me standing there and will not open the window to ask how i can be helped. They sit back there giggling and chatting and it irritates me. I yelled out “hellooooo” and she finally opened the glass. They have the nerve to have a sign up stating do not tap on glass or open the window. I see why now, they just want to chat away and not acknowledge patients. I don't know what the other people say and why they said it but I'm saying this base on my husband experience. The waiting time YES! DEFINITELY needs a massive improvement however, Dr.Riaz Syed listen to my husband actually took her time and didn't rush is truly a wonderful attitude. I would like to thank you Dr.Syed much respect

This practices started good but now they have so bad customer service; they always forward your calls to answering machines and never answer emails and all I wanted was a simple refill prescription.

I been with doctor Syed for 20 years, he is very good doctor but his front desk stuff are very rude and disrespectful. I been patient with them for so long. I have enough and I'm not going back there ever again.

Be aware of scam when you schedule your psychical. They charge you for regular visit and they find one million reasons to do so. The billing person is very unprofessional and very argumentative. They proscribe me the medication that is over counter and that is why they charge office visit.Since I choose this doctors office I have no good experience. It is unfortunate that I have to resort to writing a review about what an all-around poor practice this is, especially given that Dr. Syed himself is a kind soul. His front office staff is unwelcoming, unprofessional, disrespectful, uncaring, and they have violated HIPAA time and time again. The straw that broke the camel's back, for me, was calling the office today to request a medication refill (a maintenance medication, mind you, that I have been on for countless years). The front office staff who picked up the phone chose to berate me and talk over me. They did not wish to "deal" with my complaint of my medication refill requests being completely disregarded in the past, so they continued transferring me around until I finally hit a voicemail. When they were talking over me and not allowing me to get a word in edgewise, I must say it is the most disrespected I have ever felt by someone who is otherwise supposed to be a healthCARE provider. I would leave a (-5) star review if given the chance; unfortunately, the lowest rating I can choose is one star, and that one star goes to Dr. Syed for being a great doctor to me for the past few years. I will be taking mine and my family's business elsewhere, and will be sure to inform everybody I know to steer clear of Dr. Riaz Syed's practice at all costs, as his entire staff will make your skin crawl with the way they treat their patients. I am expecting both medications I have listed in my medical file, as I stated in a long-winded voicemail on their phone line, to be called into my local pharmacy as I transition my care to a more knowledgeable and professional doctor's office. This office is charging extra fee for any service. I will not recomend nor come back here any more. Any Doctor letter get ready to pay $50. Been patient of Dr. Said 20years.

This place is authentic trash. The staff members are rude and uncouth. There are hand written signs on the window warning you to not knock for service and the window remains shut. So entering for questions or service, you just wait until they open the window and care to service you. I've been twice, the second time I got a bill for marked up costs for everything that you can think of. A " Depression exam" that was $100. Who said I was depressed? I was there for a physical. Dr.syed is amazing the staff is very laid back they do what they supposed to. The wait is kinda long but it's a doctors office everybody deserve a honest diagnosis....Glad I found them young

What a wonderful physician! Dr. Syed is kind and extremely knowledgeable. His office staff is courteous and helpful. As a PA-C practicing urgent care medicine, I am proud to call him my primary care provider and recommend him to patients I see seeking a PCP.

I have a kaiser policy, Kaiser assigned this dr as my primary care physician and I called to make an appointment and gave them my information over the phone. 3 weeks later, I sat in the office, filled out my paperwork and waited. 45 minutes later, I was called to the window and told I needed to pay out of pocket bc they didn’t accept Kaiser. Needless to say, I left & called Kaiser immediately. I was told they were in fact, in network and this dr was my primary care. When I called the dr office back to inform them of what I had been told, the lady was rude and said they do accept kaiser. This is what I have. She asked when I wanted to make another appt. when I told her I didn’t want to make an appt. she was quick to get off the phone. I would never recommend this office. Uncomfortable, Unwelcoming, unprofessional. This is the worst doctors visit experience I have ever had. I showed up early to fill out new patient paperwork which I did not receive until the appointment time. My appointment was for 9:45 and I was called back at 10:40. The window of check-in is closed at all times and building looks extremely run-down inside and out. Doctor Syed was nice enough, but this does not make up for everything else. Dr sayeed is a good doctor. But I'm afraid that he is gonna loose his reputation because the IDIOTS who works for him. Have no idea they are in doctor office or in circus. 1. No responsibilities to let you know your lab report, you have to call them. 2. Prescription never send to your pharmacy unless you call them couple times . 3. Never send your lab report to another specialist when they need it. I sign all papers to send the lab report but they never did. Dr sayeed is a good doctor. I wouldn't recommend a dog go to this practice. Upon my initial visit I was told I don't write scripts for pain, "excuse me"... I a wasn't there for that however it wasn't the experience with the doctor that was not the issue. His staff is incompetent, why does it take the prescription MA so long to do nothing. Six months working on an approval that was never obtained. Then you release me from practice with explanation. Very poor patient relations. Sorry I ever went there.

Dr. Syed and his staff do not follow up on messages left and discussions with staff. I talked with Dr. Syed's office staff on Monday about a problem with a referral to a surgeon for debridement of a leg wound that he made for a family member. The staff member transferred me to leave a message stating someone would get back to me. It's now Thursday and I have not heard a word. I called the office again today, and they are closed. Very, very poor follow through and care for their patients.

We found Dr. Syed to be friendly and competent enough. The Office Staff seems to have problems with communication and understanding when there is more than one medical insurance involved. They solve communication problems by being belligerent and refusing to listen. This is base off my personal experience and the experience of Health Advocate who tried to get back copays I paid erroneously at their Office Manager's insistence. They won't file the secondary insurance out of spite.

Thank you Dr. Syed and all the staff for 6 years of seeing me. You all have been professional, nice and taken care of me very well. I am still alive!! I like it that the staff does not change and I always see same faces everytime I visit.

Went today as a walk in for painful sores. Not too expensive since I don't have insurance. I was only there for about 2 hours, got a antibiotic shot for $25 and started feeling better. Than 2 prescription drugs that should work in 3 days

Horrible new patient experience. Dr. Syed's office asked me to reschedule my appointment because his name was not on my insurance print out. My first thought was why not? so I got on the phone with the insurance company--to confirm my coverage and suggested they talk to the office clerk, the office clerk responded with we can't talk with the insurance agent. She was just following office protocol. Shouldn't patient care be Drs priority?

I have been going to Dr. Syed since my move to Georgia in 2002. I would not change to another practice, insured or not. He knows his patients and treats them like real people not just numbers.
