Dr. Rhonda Nelson

I visited Dr Nelson today. Her office was clean and receptionist was very friendly and professional. Dr Nelson was very informative regarding my condition and I was very impressed. I highly recommend this Podiatry Pratice.

The receptionist is rude the Dr. is rude. I was late to the appointment and sat for 1/2 hour and called back to the office just to be told I can't have my procedure done. When the receptionist called my phone before I left home I could have been told to reschedule but instead I was told to come here for the appointment just to be turned away. A waste of my time and gas. I will never recommend this office to anyone. For this office to have two black women it's a horrible site at how unprofessional they both are

I normally read reviews before a doctor's appointment so glad that I did not this time. I had a great experience with Dr. Nelson she looked at my foot and knew exactly what was wrong. Her staff was great and friendly as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Nelson.

I have been coming to Dr.Nelson since 2009. I recently visited her office, as always she took the time to listen to all my issues and concerns. Don’t base your option off the negative reviews. You can’t please everyone...PERIOD

I am VERY pleased with Dr. Nelson’s service. When I first went to her, I lived in the area. Over 10 years ago, I moved several hundred miles away. Because I feel very comfortable with her, I still travel back to have her work on my foot.

Terrible service and Podiatrist.

I have been seeing Dr. Nelson for more than 2 years. I am very pleased with her practice. I have had two separate incidents...plantar fasciitis and now tendon tears on top of my foot. In both occasions Dr. Nelson has taken time to explain to me how to take care of them. I am a tennis player and when I was experiencing discomfort from the plantar fasciitis she offered to come in to her office to wrap my feet prior to a match (on the weekend) to show me the best wrap to use. She also offered to look at my shoes so she could suggest the best foot wear to help me find relief. With the tendon tears I am now in a boot and things are feeling better. When the boot did not arrive in time to avoid me driving all the way to the office, Dr. Nelson met my husband (after work hours) to give him the boot! How's that for care and service!! I appreciate Dr. Nelson and her staff. They are professional, informative, and responsive. I would, and have, recommend her to anyone who needs a podiatrist. Waste of time .She Came in to the room really unprofessional . Did not like how we was treated.

Dr. Nelson has seen my mum twice. She was very informative and took time to review my mum' s xray with my mum and i. She was patient and went through all the options pros and cons. She is professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend her with high praise.

Huge waste of time! The doctor has terrible bedside manner and assumed small shoes was the cause of my pain. Please do not waste your time or money. And I'm certain they do not know how to properly process insurance.

After severely spraining an ankle, receiving urgent care treatment, and finding Dr. Nelson after being told to follow up with a doctor. I visited her one time, two week after the initial incident when I was able to put just a little bit of weight on it. It took forever for her to pull up the x-ray that I brought in. Her only advice was to just keep using the crutches, she said that next time I come in for a follow up she might put me in a boot. I asked for a prescription refill on my 600mg ibuprofen for pain, she had me waste time going to the pharmacy to see she prescribed me an over the counter 200mg instead. I ended up calling my primary care doctor for the actual refill. I was already scheduled to go on a trip 2 weeks later that included heavy walking and made an appt for the same day I planned to leave. That morning I get a voicemail that my appt was cancelled because she was sick, with it being too late to call around I had to proceed with my trip with just ace bandages and my ankle and foot were constantly swollen, which could have been prevented. I scheduled another appt with her for the day after I returned from my trip. When my flight landed at 5pm the day before I turned my phone on and had a voicemail that she had to CANCEL ONCE AGAIN. Ridiculous! I had wake up early to scramble to find another podiatrist because I knew I'm never going back to a doctor who would cancel twice.Found a great one who fit me in and put me in a boot that day and was disgusted because I wasn't placed in one initially. First off, the office had a dog behind the counter when I was signing in. As they were taking me back into my room, the dog ran up to me in the back, very unprofessional. Dr. Nelson was very ingenuine and did very little examination on my actual foot to properly diagnose a problem. I followed the review online in going to her, but I greatly regret it. Very professional. After suffering for a year and being misinformed by my dermatalogist Dr Nelson took extra time to speak with me regarding my activities and how long I was actually on my feet. I am on my way to recovery. I would highly recommend her.
