Wonderful doctor and staff!

She’s a nice Obgyn doctor for me

Gave it a 5 cuz I didn't have to wait to long on the office or in the room and she explains wat ever questions you at. She is a awesome Dr.

Dr. Halcomb is the BEST OB! She takes the time to care for you and answer any questions you have about your health. When I gave birth she came in and was constantly checking on me. I ended up needing to have a C-section and she did an amazing job! I won’t go to any other OB besides Dr. Halcomb for all future pregnancies and health problems!

I've been seeing Dr Halcomb for 17years she is absolutely amazing. I would never begin to even think of changing my OB. She delivered both my kids and has always been honest respectful and wants nothing but the absolute best for me or any of her other patients.

Dr Halcomb and her team are incredible. I feel so blessed to get to be under her care and would recommend her to anyone!

Everyone is always friendly, I get a thorough screening, and I appreciate that they are on time with my appointment!

Finally a doctor that doesn’t believe in throwing everyone on hormones! Takes her time with you and seems to really care about you. Last place they always hurried through.

Dr. Halcomb is the best. Starting seeing her over 10 years ago and she always made time to explain what's going and why we need to do this or not do something. I can't say enough good about her. When are there you feel like family.

Dr. Halcomb has always been a great OBGYN for me. She is very personable and always has a sparkled smile when she walks in to meet you. So friendly :) Great choice for young women in Nashville.

All the staff are very welcoming & make you feel comfortable. Dr. Halcomb has been my OBGYN for about 12 years now; she is kind & patient, really listens to your concerns & is someone you can trust. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a new OBGYN.

I was a patient of hers during my first pregnancy. It was a very complicated one and I ended up with preeclampsia and HELLP syndrome. There were a few times throughout my pregnancy that I felt she didn't really take my issues seriously and that if she had, I wouldn't have gotten as bad as I did.

I love Dr. Halcomb! I’ve been going to her for years, but it was during my twin pregnancy three years ago that I really got to know her better. She is always friendly, incredible bedside manner, asks questions and more importantly, listens to your answers. I highly recommend her!

If I could give zero stars I would. Her bedside manor is awful. Any time I had questions during the pregnancy she was extremely rude. Ended up having an unnecessary c-section with my first child. Changed drs the birth of my second child was wonderful. No csection nessecary and he weighed more than my first. The right dr can make all the difference!

I’ve only been to Dr. Halcomb once but I won’t be returning. I had some concerns that I felt weren’t taken seriously and I was rushed out of the office. When she did my Pap smear she barely looked at me and just chatted away to the nurse in the room. I left feeling worse than when I came in.

I had a great experience coming to see her. The whole team was amazing! I love how she truly listened to me and made me feel comfortable

I have seen her the last 7 years. She was always very sweet and seemed to really care. I’ve had some new issues and pain and the last few visits I feel she didn’t listen to what I said and didn’t really understand where I was coming from with my frustrations. I will be seeking a second opinion and most likely changing practices.

VERY poor bedside manor. Always left the office feeling even worse about myself. I’ve gave Dr. Holcomb severa chances (been a pacient of hers for 3 + years) cause I thought oh maybe she’s having a bad etc but my visits with her never improve. Would not recommend.

Went To my appointment and told the front desk lady I would be right back. Went down the hall to get tissue to blow my nose because the office had none and came back. Was gone for no more than 2 mins. Came back and waited. I hadn't been called and went to the desk and asked how long it would be and she said they called me back when I left and I was gone too long that I would have to wait till the other before me had been seen. The front desk lady should pay attention more. Going to get tissue to blow my nose shouldn't cost me to wait 2 hrs longer Went To my appointment and told the front desk lady I would be right back. Dr. Halcomb is very warm and very knowledgeable. She never rushes you out and always takes time to explain something if you don't understand. During a painful procedure (for me-full disclosure I have a low pain tolerance) she was extremely comforting. I literally recommend her to every woman I know. She is amazing. When she is not available I see Dr. Amanda and she is equally as warm, super sweet, and great at being quick during the times of the appointment that you want her to if you know what I mean! I am new to Nashville and was looking for a gynecologist. My primary doctor referred me to Dr. Halcomb. After being with the same doctor for over 25 years, I found Dr. Halcomb to be professional, nurturing, and displayed concern and interest in my well-being. She really made me feel comfortable and welcomed.

I absolutely LOVE Dr, Halcomb! She did such a great job during my pregnancy. I had to pick her as my doctor halfway through my pregnancy because my original doctor retired. She knew everything about me when we met for the first time and really seemed to care. She is very straight forward and was completely willing to let me do the birth my way.

Dr Halcomb is caring and has always given me the best care, been going to her for 17 years now.

I wouldn't recommend at all.. GO Elsewhere .. ..

I never felt rushed by Dr.Halcomb though the wait was a bit long about 25-35mins almost every apt. I had some complications during my pregnancy and she was very informative and made sure I understood everything about having placenta previa during my first trimester what would have to be done if it didn't move on its own and possibly having a child with down syndrome. overall excellent Dr.

I have a handful of doctors and Dr. Halcomb is the only one that I've ever had a challenging time with on multiple levels.

I saw her for a pre-conception visit. She's very nice and seems competent, but I felt rushed and she kept interrupting me during the appointment. I'm considering changing to another doctor.

Dr. Halcomb is wonderful! She is very caring and compassionate. I have been her patient for almost ten years and I can't say enough good things about her and her staff.

she didn't care about the pain that I was feeling, she told if I feel more pain I should get a new appointment and I did get another appointment to ask about my pain but I called before that and the lady of the office told me that I should wait till the day of my appointment.

My first visit with Dr Halcomb was my last. She didn't seem to care about any of the issues I was having and sent me on my way. When I asked her to repeat what she thought my issue was, she told me it was something she had made up and refused to tell me what she had said. Definitely an odd experience for me. She also has a tendency to cut you off when you are trying to talk to her. Definitely a waste of time and money.
