Dr. Bass is a top notch provider! She not only provides high level health care. She also truly cares about her patients and makes them feel important. Dr. Bass Is the reason I am seen at this practice! Years ago I went in to urgent care. She was the one who cared for me. It was at that moment I knew I wanted her to be my doctor moving forward! Since then I have learned that three other friends see her and express the same positive thoughts about her! Thanks, Dr. Bass, for putting your patients first!

The service is always quick, courteous and to my expectations

Originally my appointment was booked all the way to the end of the month, her nurse called me and was able to squeeze me into a cancellation appointment. Any questions that I have, I need a specialist for so I did not expect her to have all the answers. I travel 1.5hrs each way to see Dr. Bass because she knows me and my medical history.

Dr. BASS was kind and professional. She listen to me when I talked about my medical history.

I had my first visit with my new doctor. She was very thorough going through my health history, scheduling me for a pap, blood tests, and mammogram. I felt very assured that my health would be well cared for through her! Excellent visit!

It was all good

My actual appointment was made for 4 days from the day I called. Dr. Bass had a nurse call me and I went into the walk in clinic then I kept the appointment as a follow up. Dr. Bass could not have treated me better. She is a shing example of what a dictor should be.

Dr. Bass is a good listener. Doesn't interrupt but waits for me to finish my thought. I don't feel like she is in a hurry to get to her next patient

Good experiences

This was my first visit with Dr Bass. I found that she is a very good listener and explainer. It was very difficult to get an appointment for a first time check up but very glad I waited. Very glad I waited to see her.

I love Dr Bass, she always listens to me, makes me feel heard and helps me understand my health issues. I never feel foolish sharing my concerns with her no matter how small they are. She listens and provides me with reassurance and an explanation. She is truly one of a kind and I often refer her to my family members and friends!

I had seen Dr Bass before. I ended up testing positive for Covid when I seen her last week. She gave me advice on the positive test of Covid which put my mind at ease.

Very concerned & helpful

I make appointments and ask questions for Dr. Bass by MY Chart. I always get fast response. I will never call again. Sometimes it is very hard to see her when I have been super nice and just want to see her. No appointments available In the old days, all doctor offices left open spots for emergency. I have had to go to walk-in and so glad I did because I was very very sick . I know its not the doctors fault for scheduling but something has to change, especially with Covid and all the crazy virus going on.

She mostly talked about her self and wasn't hiding being judgmental when I was trying to keep honest about what was going on with me. Made me uncomfortable and gave me a lot of anxiety.

Didn't take time to pursue all treatment options available to me, she chose one and did it even when it didn't help me. Appeared to listen but did what she wanted even if I said no. Did not record negative things in my chart. Nothing illegal but not the full medical truth either. Allowed her personal opinions to affect her treatment off me. Caused extreme distress and physical harm. If I could give negative stars I would.
