Staff were friendly and helpful. I could tell that they cared about me and my well being. I had been suffering with gastroparesis for at least 4 years. And my previous gastrointestinal physician didn’t diagnose my condition and I lost weight at a dangerous rate. No other gastrointestinal physician would even see me. Finally I found Dr. Luttrell and he very quickly ordered tests and diagnosed my condition. He saved my life. I will forever be grateful.

Terrible office. Sat in the room (not the waiting room- just a doctors office/room) for 45 minuted until his PA came in and talked to me. She didn’t want to be there. Was terrible. Then Luttrell came in asked what surgery I wanted and told me that only healthy eating would help me (not like I haven’t been eating healthy or I don’t know what it is or how to do it). He was incredibly condescending. Not only that but the only person that told me any useful information was his nurse. The whole appointment took a total of 1.5 hours and I saw him for maybe 5 minutes. I got a bill for 300+ THEN on top of all of that they tell me that my insurance won’t cover it after I asked them if it would be covered. Wow. I kept asking how much the surgery would cost. They could never give me a number. I just think that you would be able to tell people how much you are going to charge them for an elective surgery before they make an appointment and make sure their insurance will cover it. A terrible experience and horrible doctor, nurse and PA. Would not recommend. 1 is the lowest star but I would give them 0 if I could. Terrible office. Dr. Luttrell literally saved my life! I believe God placed him in my path to do just that. Another doctor of mine had put a morphine pump in me and at that time did not know it had gotten infected I went back three times to the doctor and he told me I was healing up fine but then I found Doctor Luttrell in the hall of his building and just started up a conversation about what had been going on with me and the next day he did surgery for me n realized it had gotten infected severely and he took it out and saved my life and I have been grateful for everyday that I've had extra because of him. I could never repay him for what he did for me. Thank You So Very Much Dr Luttrell and I pray God always Protects n Blesses You so you can help others like you have done for me. ???? Everyone has a bad day and your doctor isn’t God. 4 years ago Dr. Luttrell saved my life. After throwing up for 18 hours straight, every 5 minutes or so, I went to the Saline County Hospital ER at 1:30 in the morning. They did a ct scan and at 6:am Dr Latrell came in and informed me that he would need to get me to surgery right away. I had a blockage between my small intestine and bowel. I have heard of people dying from these situations but he was on top of it. I recently heard about a middle aged woman dying from the same thing at Baptist Hospital in Little Rock because the doctors didn’t find it quick enough. Yes, Dr. Luttrell saved my life. Was referred to Dr Luttrell for a colonoscopy. Staff is uncommunicative. Rude disrespectful. I had no idea that there was to be a follow up appointment to discuss colonoscopy results. Absolutely no mention of needing to make a follow up appointment by anyone from that office. Over half a year of everyday vomiting and diarrhea. Dr Luttrell didn't see the need to even refer me to a G.I. specialist. Prayers for the staff there and Dr Luttrell. God bless Was referred to Dr Luttrell for a colonoscopy. Staff is uncommunicative. Dr. Luttrell is amazing. I drive 4 hours (one way) just to see him and he is worth the drive!

RUDE TO ME TURNS PATIENTS AWAY FOR ASKING TOO MANY QUESTIONS THOUGHT I HAD A HERNIA JUST CAUSE I SAID NO HE SHOULD HAVE MADE SURE INSTEAD OF ASSUMING THINGS AND TURNING HIS BACK ON ME I HAD A CYST THAT WEIGHTED 75 POUNDS AND 25 POUNDS HANGING FLUID ................

Dr Luttrell is a very thorough caring doctor. My husband and I both really like how he is personable and listens to your concerns. His staff is very friendly and helpful.
