Dr. Rex Allen Butler

I went to see Dr. Butler today. I was greated at the door with hand sanitizer and all safety precautions. Thank you to Dr. Butler and all the staff for helping me. ????

Been trying to get some medical leave forms filled out since last week and still nothing . It's my Mothers doctor nothing new. I got rid of them 10 years ago . Trust me it's just that bad...

Doctor Rex Butler is a fine doctor. He is always concerned, and answers my questions. He has great nurses and staff. I'm usually there an hour. I highly recommend him.

Dr has a sign out from taking new patients. Called and said to come by and complete paperwork and turn it back in. I wasted my time doing this. Called 2 weeks later because hadn’t heard anything. She says oh we’re not taking new patients until May. All her excuse was when I told her no one told me this when I called it the two times I was there was “I don’t know who you spoke with”. No need to worry about seeing me. I will not darken your door again. Horrible front desk staff.

Didn't care for must be there every three months or they refuse you your meds

The whole place has always been great to my family , inlaws, and parents.

i strongly do not recommend Dr. Butler to your family if you are dependent on insurance to pay for your hospital confinements and office visits. I have been waiting 4 months for paper work to be filed out by this doctor so I can pay my bills. I have called between 15-20 times, been hung up on, told "if you make him mad, it will just make it worse", the insurance clerk from my husband's job has contacted them several times to no avail. I am hiring an attorney and making a formal complaint.

Office staff VERY VERY RUDE!!! No reason for that kind of behavior!
