Dr. Lim genuinely exemplifies the golden rule “ treat others the way you would want to be treated” I saw Dr. Renelle Lim in regards to an abscess on the left side of my face in the ocular region (URGENT VISIT). After examination we decided the best course of action was a minor procedure to remove the puss. I was very nervous, Dr. Lim made sure that I was comfortable by creating a relaxing and warm atmosphere which made me less anxious. Because this was done under a Local anesthesia, Dr. Lim was able to, talk me through the process which made me more relaxed as the procedure continued. She answered all my questions pre and post procedure. I was also very happy as scaring was a concern for me she ensured me that the technique being used would leave no scaring. I highly recommend her as a Physician and Surgeon, Dr. Lim truly cares about your well being she emulates the standard of care you would want for yourself or loved one.

10 out of 10...Dr.Lim was so professional, personable and kind! She made sure to keep me out of pain and to answer my questions. She was sensitive to my needs. I appreciated and felt calm at how smoothe and in control she appeared. I would definitely recommend her to a friend!

My mom had a procedure to remove basil cell skin cancer from her nose and eyelid. Dr Lim repaired the area. She was fantastic, very kind, fast, efficient, and informative. Absolute professionalism and always makes time to speak to her patients. 10/10 for sure!

Wonderful. Great bedside manner, Expert at her craft. I have every confidence in Dr. Lim, and I guess a lot of other folks do too, considering how busy she is! She managed to get one of my watery eyes to drain by creating a separate canal, held open by a stent for a few months, and I am thrilled beyond belief. How I wish I had such talent to help others!

Dr lim requested that I write a review for her before I was even out of her chair and my eyes were still dilated. I wrote a good review. Wish I hadn’t. Now I find I have a diagnoses through MyChart that she doesn’t have the decency to tell me about during my visit and won’t do a telehealth appointment for two months. This is unacceptable behavior. I’m so disappointed in her and in yale. I don’t recommend this doctor at all!!

Dr. Lim is an extremely skilled surgeon who from the first visit, demonstrated her knowledge in a clear way that was easy to understand. She explained everything in detail with kindness. My eyes look amazing and I am thrilled with my care and the results. Highly recommend!
