Five stars could never be enough for Renee and her equally wonderful caring staff. I had two traumatic dental surgical experiences as a child so I have always sought out the most compassionate, gentle dentists ever since. Renee fits the bill. She not only has top-notch training and skills but provides the compassion and extra TLC that I need as well. Don't hesitate to make an appointment. You will not be disappointed.

I love this dental office. The reception staff are always on top of everything. I never have to wait long for my appointment to start. Dr. Watts is knowledgeable and very personable. I can’t rave enough about my hygienist. I’m scheduled with the same person every time so she knows where I have sensitivity, she always remembers things I’ve told her at past appointments, and I can just tell the whole staff of this office genuinely cares about their patients. I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist and this office alleviates a lot of that. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

Always great service. I’m no expert, but it feels top of the line and cutting edge, nothing lacking. Very friendly and they seem to care when providing assistance. Always pleasant upon check in as if I was just a neighbor stopping in to say hi. Christa has been cleaning my teeth for a couple years now and she is amazing. I feel like she treats me the same way she treats her son and I always leave feeling well taken care of. Renee, the lead Dentist, is one of the nicest people and is always pleasant to chat with. Overall, highly recommend.

If you hate going to the dentist like me, this is about as good as it gets.

I'm so disappointed. I provided them with my insurance card before the day of treatment. I got a teeth cleaning and a few weeks later was shocked to get a bill for several hundred dollars...Be aware that they do not check for coverage or call insurance for pre-authorization. I feel like I got tricked. Had I known it wasn't covered, I wouldn't have gotten the treatment! What really makes me sad is that when I called to discuss this, they were unwilling to work with me. I don't expect to get anything for free, but come on there has to be some flexibility given the circumstances. They value getting a few hundred dollars rather than keeping loyal long-term patients. If I could give Ardent Care -0- stars I would. I thought I was happy in the beginning, but after tooth scaling that damaged my teeth I am not so happy. I also had accidentally damaged the gums between tooth 7 & 8 when a fork slipped. Dr. Watts only response was "that looks angry". I continued to have problems with that area and she saw it again several months later after I also developed a lesion in that area. Nothing was done. I had to go to my Family Doctor who suggested that I visit with an Oral Surgeon which in turn wanted to do a biopsy immediately. The bottom line is that I was fortunate it was benign, even though this has progressed over a year with no recommendations from Dr. Watts. I should have been referred to an Oral Surgeon as soon as she viewed the lesion. I should NOT have to go to a Family Doctor for a dental referral! If I could give Ardent Care -0- stars I would. Caters to scaredy cats like me. I chose this practice because i suffer from dental anxiety and hate to ho to the dentist . Dr Watts gives me anti anxiety meds that i take ahead of visits that are more than cleanning and my anxiety is relieved somewhat. After several years as a patient, staff knows me and takes excellent care to help me through appointments and make sure I m comfortable . I'm now back on the road to having healthy teeth and gums because i go regularly knowing my visit will be as comfortable as possible. After avoiding the dentist for a few years due to painful experiences, I tried Dr. Watts. What a welcome change! She and her staff are kind and gentle. I no longer feel anxious about getting the care that I need. I highly recommend Dr. Watts and team!

Best dentist and dental staff in the area. They are punctual, kind, careful, caring and just awesome people. Highly recommend and will continue to use. If you want a wonderful dental experience with people that care, this is the place for you. You owe it to yourself to have this staff take care of your dental needs.

Renee, Molly and the rest of the staff are great! I called with a bad tooth and was in in less than 12hrs to get it taken care of. They are friendly and professional and know their craft.

My dental anxiety has been growing for years...a few years ago I told a dentist that i wasn't fully numb and he kept drilling anyway. Ever since- even exams leave my in a panic state and physical pain. This is there most work that i have ever had done at once and the staff at Ardent Care is the best I've ever encountered. I will be telling everybody that hands down this is the only place to go for good dental care at a decent rate that won't leave you traumatized. I'll be back soon so i can finish my treatment plan! Dr. Watts and her team of experts do an outstanding job. From my first visit with Dr. Watts when she carefully prioritized my dental needs being careful to space out items that were either expensive or non-urgent, I knew I was going to be able to trust her. Since then she has taken care of my chipped teeth, crowns, fillings, whitening and even a Sunday morning emergency root-canal! I love that she calls to follow up after a big procedure. And, let me be clear about "her team" - they really are a team. These folks have been together for many years (must be happy with the management :) and from the front desk to the hygienists they are all outstanding in customer service and highly skilled professionals. Dentists are like mechanics, the good ones don't need to advertise. Renee Watts doesn't need to advertise. I have pretty severe dental anxiety, but Renee and her staff have been incredibly careful with me and it's made all the difference. I have had a series of fillings and an extraction in her office so far, and I'm surprisingly less afraid of going back to have the rest of my work done. After my extraction, I got a follow-up call from Renee herself to make sure that I was doing okay. I have been going to Dr. Watts for about 10 years. I have had many numerous dental challenges that seemed to appear when I had breast cancer. She has been able to resolve all my issues quickly and with respect and kindness. She is one of the best doctors and person I have ever known. She also has a wonderful staff and Laurie is an outstanding front office girl. They all go above and beyond for each of their clients. They really care about each and every patient. Recently I was approved for government assistance for dental care and because of my finances I chose to get two fillings done there. Boy do I regret that decision. The dentist was rude and mad because I needed more numb medicine and he told me I should of already been out of there and he should be working on his next patient. From there it just got worse. It was one of the most painful experiences I have ever experienced. The past several days entire side of my face is swollen and I have intense pain way up above the teeth he worked on all the way to my ear. I also had one of the two fillings come out and have a nice hole in my tooth. It has been a nightmare. I can't wait to get back to Dr Watts for her to fix this mess. I just wished that I did not have to learn all this the hard way. I have never ever left a dentist office with so much pain as this new dentist at Smile Keepers. I cannot wait to get back to Dt Watts office. She is so gentle, with small hands and a sweet kind voice. If you are looking for a new dentist, you can stop looking because you have just found the best dentist in the Eugene area.

As one of the biggest wimps in the history of the world when it come to going to the dentist, I can highly recommend Renee Watts and the whole team over at ArDent Care. They get it. Great dentist. Great dental care.
